Back in July 2020 I contacted Eric to book a cruise for the fall of 2021 with friends. He answered all my questions about that cruise line, which I had never sailed with before, and provided details that my friends (who had cruised that line before) were unaware of. We unfortunately all canceled that cruise but I have since booked two other dream destination cruises with Eric, one for 2022 and the second in 2023. He walked me through all the options and recommended cruise lines and ships that he felt would match our expectations most.
