Both Kelly and we invested a good amount of time discussing a potential vacation trip to Mexico. Kelly promised to email us particulars within the next day or in two days at most. About six weeks later, we still have never heard another thing from her. Hopefully she is not terribly sick or passed, but if not, she would hardly inspire us to put our time, money, and more in her hands if she is unwilling or incapable of carrying through. (Yes, we could have called her, but we also wanted to see how reliable this agency is.) We ended up planning the trip ourselves.
