Back in July 2020 I contacted Eric to book a cruise for the fall of 2021 with friends. He answered all my questions about that cruise line, which I had never sailed with before, and provided details that my friends (who had cruised that line before) were unaware of. We unfortunately all canceled that cruise but I have since booked two other dream destination cruises with Eric, one for 2022 and the second in 2023. He walked me through all the options and recommended cruise lines and ships that he felt would match our expectations most. We wanted to do a 7-day cruise on Virgin Voyage but also wanted to spend some time in Athens prior to the cruise. First off, we have 2 adult children living in 2 different states. I wanted to be able to meet somewhere and then fly together to Greece. It was great that she was able to coordinate the different flights, time zones, etc to get us all there. We all met in Toronto and was able to fly together to Greece. Once there, the hotel she chose was fantastic! Centrally located in the City, the Acropolis view from hotel room and restaurant were amazing. The cruise was amazing and the suites she got us and the kids were perfect! Although we had separate rooms, we shared a balcony and it was on the correct side of the ship so we were able to see ports as we arrived. The transports she coordinated from the airport to the hotel, and then to the embarkation, and then back to the airport was very satisfying as I did not have to worry about timelines and/or standing in line for transportation. She was even able to have flight times back to the USA from Athens so we were able to have a "last final" together at the airport before returning on separate flights. There is no way I could've done this on my own and we are all thankful for Amanda's expertise!

I contacted the cruise line who said 'sorry no balconies'. As clostrophobic as I am the trip was cancelled. What a great stay we had at The Cedar Glen Lodge. My wife and her cousins planned out this whole…read morecousin and theirs kids trip and they all decided to book it here and glad they did. We had a total of 30 family members there and took almost the half of the place. That was awesome. For our cabin,we had Cabin 15. It's a one bedroom with a king bed with a full kitchen, fireplace, pull out couch and a bathroom with jacuzzi and shower combined, oh and also central air conditioning. FYI, not all rooms are the same, some of her cousins don't have a kitchen nor air conditioner just a fan and a mini fridge. So do your research. The good part is the place is also dog friendly but please make sure to book a dog friendly room. Each cabin and Lodge have there own assigned parking space. It also has a Tesla/ electric car charging spot The property has a outside picnic area with two barbecue gas grill and a fire pit. It also has a pool but when we were there there was under renovation. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Especially the night shift staff Liam. He was absolutely fantastic. He would provide us trash bag for our trash we had our barbecue at night and also provide the marshmallow and cracker for s'mores making for the kids every night. Overall, it was an enjoyable little mini vacation stay and on last night we even spotted a bear roaming past the property. We would definitely stay here again and Thanks again to Liam for his service for making this even better. I personally highly recommend stay here.

I reserved a room with the Lakeview, however, I was very disappointed but we could see a speck of the lake through the giant pine trees. I went to the third floor on the very end and there was definitely it better View from that unit. This place is basically empty in here so I'm not sure why they did not put us in one of the third floor rooms where we could actually have the lake view that I requested. I will probably not stay here again because I feel very deceived and disappointed. This was a very special four days up here to celebrate something special to us and a lake view was very important to me. When we checked in I told the front desk That it was a special time for us and it was our anniversary and my husband's birthday and unfortunately, he did not give us an option to even upgrade or do something to make it with more special for us. I will definitely book some place else next time.
