Confusing name. Hard to find a rating or review. Check with BBB. They cold call people with a scam about "you have all these points or rewards". It's BS. read more

We went through Travel Concepts to book an all inclusive vacation. We should have known from early on when the people there was so slow to get back to us with packages and prices that we shouldn't work with them. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of them and I got the impression that they didn't really care that much about helping us but more about getting their money. I now realize why travel agencies are such a declining business you can actually get even better deals by just booking through sites like cheapcarribean and expedia. Save your money and the hassle and don't book through travel concepts. read more

In every instance, Dave has gone well beyond the extra-mile to help me, and my often large group of cruisers, in getting the exact cabins we each wanted at the best prices. And he spent a great deal of time to address all of our miscellaneous questions, including directly contacting the cruiseline to sort out problems that they created. He is always helpful, and his knowledge, experience and insight to cruising is very valuable when trying to choose specific cruise lines, ships, cabins, itineraries, and etc. Even though I have been back less than two weeks from my last CompanionShips cruise, I am already looking forward to my next cruise, when I will definitely be booking it with Dave/CompanionShips.
