Their communications to keep you informed and understanding the process is very lacking. They provide no design assistance at all. You have to go out and shop for everything needed. Faucets, toilet, sinks, hardware, etc. Everything! They made our vanity improperly. Owner did not communicate clearly our wants with their cabinet vendor. Tried to blame us and we had all the emails that show it was their fault. Now they refuse to come back and fix a soft closing drawer. After they assured us they would. They are not service oriented and make it a very frustrating process. Their workers who do the work are nice, yet seem to work fast, miss things and are a bit sloppy. Don't use them unless you micro manage everything and have time to run around to get everything. And if you struggle a bit with design be sure to have a friend help as they sure will not.
