She and her team came recommended from our realtor to do a deep clean prior to listing. I spoke the owner on the phone and told her our house size, condition, etc. and what I was expecting as it was for a photo shoot for listing our house for sale. 4 bed 2 bath 1,780 sq ft. She quoted me $400, so in my head I was factoring tips for her staff. However when they cleaned the house it was a basic clean. What you would expect in a weekly cleaning, NOT a deep clean. I had to specifically ask and remind the crew that I requested prior that the windows were cleaned inside and out. The did not clean the outside until I had to ask and they called their boss to confirm. The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. Why would I tip if I wasn't happy, it was what I was billed.?Toxic, bullying and intimidation filled with lies is how this town operates. Good riddance. read more

What a joke don't bother hiring this service. My Mom hired Mayra and her team to clean the floors in the house and bathroom for Thursday afternoon because she told us that she is only available in the afternoon and in our neighborhood Thursday and Friday. When Thursday afternoon came they were running late and didn't show up because of her team over extending services for another client that shouldn't have been done. So we decided to give them a second chance and reschedule for Monday morning July 21st 830 and was promised by Ms. Mayra we would be the first customer cleaning on the list . Ha! Wrong 9:30 rolled around and the calls kept going to voicemail not answering calls I guess.Finally was able to reach Ms.Mayra and she had a unpleasant unprofessional tone and said that we mixed up the hours and that we had an appointment at 10 somewhere else and she would be there by 10? Huh? Wanted to give Ms. Mayra and her team business but this is not worth the time when you don't show up and try to put blame on the customer. Requested service for house cleaning for my Mom. The initial messaging and phone consultations went well. However, no one showed up to the house to estimate the cleaning work. My Mom was contacted after the fact and agreed to reschedule. Again, no one showed up, no messages were sent, no phone call. This business essentially ghosted my Mom without notification. I have been using Mrs. Clean for more than 5 years. I had an office and break room/ bathroom that required weekly maintenance. They proved to be on time and did a fantastic job. I decided to get a quote to have my house cleaned and got a very competitive price. Even though I sold the business they continue to clean my personal home. The team arrives on the appointed day and does a great job. Mrs. Clean is flexible if I need a different day. They can also do additional deep cleaning with prior notice.
