SPOTLESS!! Peachy Clean has been keeping my house clean for the last month and I couldn't be happier with the service. I started out by getting quotes from multiple cleaning service providers in town, and Peachy Clean was hands down the most professional. They kept me in the loop with text messages, did a thorough walk-through of my house, and gave me a printed copy of what they would be doing for me and for how much. (No one else did any of these things.) As for the actual service... My house has never been cleaner!! I'm a super neat freak and live with 2 other neat freaks, so our house is always clean and organized. But Peachy Clean took it to the next level! In just a couple hours they cleaned it from top to bottom - Including things even I normally avoid like dusting the blinds & fans, polishing the banisters, polishing the fridge, cleaning the microwave inside & out, and they even got the residue out of our showers! I met with the owner when she came to give me an estimate in my home. She was nice, professional, and punctual! I asked for a deep cleaning and she was able to schedule me quickly. They are bilingual speaking Spanish and English, and both are well spoken. She was right on time with her employees and got to work! We left and when we came home my house was spotless. I am in the process of getting my rental up for sale. I contacted Nayeli, I am guessing she is the owner of peachy clean. Her response time was about 1 to 2 hours, to me this is reasonable. She agreed to meet up with me and she was fairly on time. She was super friendly and professional and as promised gave me a quote for my rental on the same day. During our meeting, she told me she will be out on vacation for Christmas, I said that's fine b/c it's a major holiday. She then told me she will be available on the 26th, the day after since most people will be traveling and out of town which will keep her business fairly slow on that day. I ended up contacting her on the 27th, wondering what happened to our scheduled time. She texted me the next day and said her vacation ended up being extended and that she doesn't have any time for me this week. I asked her for the next available appointment but she never responded back. First of all, I am a very busy person. I expect others to respect my time as I respect theirs. If she didn't have any time available on the 26th, or even the following days after she shouldn't have even met up with me. I could have hired another cleaning crew. Now I am a week behind and have already told the other cleaning companies that I no longer need their service. Please, do what you say! If you don't have time or space please let the potential client know this and don't string them along. read more

Excellent customer service, communication and Nayeli is the consummate pro! The response was lightening fast, and a few days later the crew was here working away. When they were completed, I didn't recognize the place... It never sparkled before!!! We had the deep clean which was sorely past due, but they still made it amazingly clean!!! I've been using them for close to a year now and really like them. I recommended them to a couple people who are still using them as well. The owner responds very quickly to both Yelp and texts, and let's you know if they cant make it, due to illness or something, WHICH IS VERY APPRECIATED. I schedule all cleanings through her via text and I love it. They really do a great job, my mom even approves (she is super OCD clean freak lol)! They bring multiple people and are done in a few hours, which was something I was looking for in a service. They move everything to dust underneath, they don't neglect the stairs, they even moved all my daughters magnets so they could clean the outside of the fridge. Nayeli I'm definitely not mistaken that your company were the ones that cleaned my house! Virginia came through the house and gave me an estimate, and I could have been off on the $500, but it was very close to that number. I had a deep clean done with 2 women, and later in the day one switched out and another came. You even came to my house towards the end to inspect and see what they had broken! They pulled down one of my blinds, while cleaning, and it broke the mechanism, so I had to have a blind repairman come and fix that! $100. Then another worker hit a scentsy that was on and hot wax went all over my hardwood floor, and the holder broke when it hit the floor! Despite all that I didn't have much to complain about as far as the cleaning! I even booked another appointment with you in two weeks. You did send Virginia over with payment for the damages, and I appreciated that. I got a phone call from you a few days later to tell me you weren't going to be available for my next appointment. I said, ok we can switch it to another day. You told me that you had no appointments available and you were pretty much booked for the future! Well it doesn't take hitting a brick wall to know you were blowing me off, period! I recently hired Peachy Clean to come and give my parents' home a deep cleaning the day before my mom had surgery. They were FABULOUS! They were on-time, spent about 5 hours on my parents' 2300 sq.ft. house, and it looked and smelled amazing when they were done. Their home wasn't filthy to begin with, but things like the baseboards and plantation shutters that usually get neglected, have never been cleaner. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with Peachy clean. I didn't get an estimate on my home and the lady just scheduled to come to my house for 4 hours. Obviously I thought she knew what she was doing. After reading the description on there page. I thought they would clean my entire house. It says in the description on there page that no job it too big or too messy and they are all about the customer service. That isn't true at all. They didn't finish my house within the 4 hours. She only had 1 maid come in knowing well my house size and restrooms. The girl left only doing half the job!! I called the Manager and she lowered the price I was going to pay but that didn't matter to me. I just wanted my house to be cleaned! I called this company because of the reviews. I'm writing this review to tell u to be aware that they won't finish the job if there time is up! She didn't care to send me another maid, she never came in to give me an estimate. I seriously had to Finish cleaning my house. They didn't clean the living room or my guest restroom either. They didn't wipe down my tables. I swear only half my house was cleaned!! Worst experience ever! I've had other people come before and they always put my needs first even if it takes longer than usual but this company isn't about that at all!
