Peachy clean is the team to go to for cleaning!! My house has never felt this clean. Will continue to use them in the future.

I was impressed with the fast "in home" quote service from Nayeli. I schedule Adriana & Rocio for my home once a month. They do an amazing job! I interviewed multiple services in town and this one was the fit for us! read more

We have been using peachy clean for two months now. The owner Nayeli was very professional and on time. She always returns phone calls or text messages very quickly. The crew or crews that come to our home are professional, quick and always do an excellent job. Our home is quite big so the extra hands for me are a blessing. The pricing is very reasonable. You cannot go wrong and I recommend Peachy Clean over any other company that I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Peachy Clean!!! read more

We had our biweekly cleaning done after the new year. They sent three people over. We purchased a new professional home steamer to be used for our floors, and the owner confirmed they would know how to use it. I even had it set up, just had to add water with the amount they planned to use it. They didn't use it I found out, one guy kept doing things tough we asked him not to do it, floors were not vacuumed, the guy used a stick and a cloth to mop versus using the steamer or using a mop (which they had used in their deep clean). They didn't use the polish, they didn't dust the furniture in the rooms. Communication was a huge issue. Instead of asking us, they would assume and call the owner, and the owner wasn't here. So, after showing pictures of the bad work performed, their first visit was great, the owner offered a refund. I asked if they could just re-touch, but she refused. I even offered just 50%, but she insisted a full refund. The check wasn't mailed until a week a half later, though she kept saying she mailed it about 5 days after our cleaning date (the date stamped on the envelope showed it was mailed the following Wednesday). Then we expected them to come back since we were on a biweekly service agreement, and the day before I called the owner to confirm, and she said it was "best we find another service because the crew who did our biweekly cleaning was the assigned crew for this area." So, instead of just saying I spoke to my employees about the service, so and so will talk with you or your wife and make sure we do a better job, and so on, she basically refused to do service, and it made me wonder if how an owner could care this less about her business, when she seemed to care so much when she came over during her estimate and pitch that she has her team trained like they were cleaning her own home. The first two ladys did a great job, but the 3 person crew just didn't come close to the service that was sold to us or the same level of cleaning of the first visit. We ended back going to MaidPro and the owner personally came out during the visit to make sure the crew was performing the level of service expected, and even made comments to the crew of areas to redo while he was here. This is what I felt an owner should do. I think PeachyClean would be a great company for one time/ deep cleaning service, but maybe not biweekly if this is what happens when you find the floors not swept, furniture not wiped down, no vacuum used, no steamer or mop. And the moment you mention areas that were missed, the owner's response is basically to go find someone else. Peachy Clean also offers a discount for reviews on Yelp, just FYI. read more

Great service. Communicated within minutes when first contacting them and had an in person estimate the same day. They were able to fit in the initial cleaning within a week of the estimate even during the holiday week. They sent a crew of two people and did a thorough job. I'm very impressed by the customer service provided by this company. Came out the next day after I called. They went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied and when I mentioned some things that were missed they came right back and make sure things were to my liking. They contacted me to make sure I was satisfied, I did not even have to reach them. Only thing I would say is just be very specific with what you want done and they'll handle it. I definitely would recommend their services. read more

The Peachy Clean crew cleaned not only 1, but 2 residential areas for me. I was currently moving out of an apartment into my family's home. The 3 bedroom house needed a severe deep cleaning. Peachy Clean booked within 2 days and showed up with a whole crew to complete the job. Since I was moving things back and forth, the owner Nayeli gave me updates on their progress, and let me know when they were done. They didnt have all the materials needed, but made sure to come back on Sunday to finish the job, and even go over some areas they had done before. The other was a 2 bedroom townhouse that needed a move out special done. That apartment looks exactly like it did when we moved in. The team was friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Nayeli for being such a nice person and for being so helpful! read more

This was the first time I hired someone to clean my home and it was a positive experience. Even though the owner(?) was busy they maintained timely communication through text which I appreciated. Very professional service! They did a great job for a very reasonable price, were very friendly, and I was very satisfied. Highly recommend! They did an estimate beforehand, and worked with my schedule to clean. They did a great job specifically with my tile floors that had a waxy build up in a couple areas. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a great deep clean. read more

I'm never disappointed! We use Peachy Clean to clean our house every two weeks, and they do an amazing job. Every time. When I have tried other cleaning services, they always start out great, but as time passes the quality of the cleaning decreases. That is NOT the case with Peachy Clean. They are on point for every cleaning. They are super flexible in terms of scheduling, always on time, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend!! read more

I highly recommend Peachy Clean. They did a great job deep cleaning my house and were very professional. I will definitely use them again!

What a wonderful housecleaning company. Nayeli is very responsive through text messaging and always checks up on her crew's work. The cleaners were very accommodating when I needed to change around my times on occasion. They are comparably priced against other housecleaners in the area. I loved walking into the house after they had been there with such a clean smell throughout the house! Highly recommend. read more

Nayeli was quick to respond, immediately set up an appointment to give me a quote to clean my house and worked with my schedule and timeline. I did a significant remodel project at my house and needless to say it was quite dirty with dust and dirt. Nayeli and her crew did a wonderful job and were adequately priced. I feel like I got a great deal for the job and work done. I highly recommend Nayeli and Peachy Clean! I'm considering bi-weekly cleaning with them now as a result. read more

Efficient and kind. The workers were right on time and got straight to work. They got out some stains from my oven I thought were going to be here for years! The owner came by and gave me an estimate, which I really appreciated. The house looks so nice now I don't want to use it. Will recommend and will use again! read more

Asked for a quote and they never showed up or called to let me know they would not make the time we had set up. I had to reach out via Yelp to ask if I happened to miss them or what. I understand that a maid canceled on them, but they did not give me the courtesy of calling, texting, or emailing me. Overall pretty disappointing experience. read more

This company deserves 10 stars!! They are very professional and thorough. All communication was quick and efficient. They showed up on time did a fantastic job. This was a move out in an apartment complex and they went above and beyond to satisfy both myself and the leasing office. Very few companies work this hard these days. If they did the world would be a better place! Highly recommend!! read more

I was in need to find a dependable, responsible, detail orientated house cleaner for my father n law. I found Peachy Clean on Craigslist. I would highly recommend Peachy Clean and really appreciate all their help : ) read more

The response from Nayeli was quick and professional. Others I inquired with didn't respond at all. I've been really happy with Peachy Clean. My daughter found this excellent cleaning team for me when I finally decided to get house cleaners. Right from the start they have been nothing but professional. They are always right on time and happily change days and times when needed. They are very thorough in their cleaning, trustworthy, and very friendly. I have never regretted hiring them and look forward to their cleaning every other week. I am moving and will definitely be taking them with me. read more

After being disappointed by our last cleaning service (getting too comfortable and not cleaning as well as they did when we first hired them), I was starting to wonder if I could find someone that would clean our house the way they would want theirs to be and not just hurry their way through to get to the next house. I reached out to a few services listed in yelp and Nayeli was the first to respond, within just a few minutes! She was very kind and professional and arranged to come to my house the very next day for an estimate. When we met she told us more about her company and her services and we were really delighted with how genuine she was about her business. She and her team are really there to meet and exceed all of your expectations. She got us in for our first deep cleaning very quickly and when we came home from work that day I was sooo excited to walk in to a seriously spot less and clean smelling house (that's my absolute favorite). Right after our first cleaning she text me to make sure everything was the way I wanted it or if there was anything she could improve or do differently. She is awesome about communication! Always sending confirmation texts, following up after cleanings and is very flexible with changes when her schedule permits. I feel very comfortable with her and her team in our home and feel like they take care of our house as if it were their own. They are absolutely wonderful people and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services! read more

Nayeli and her crew are true professionals. My house always looks great when they finish, and they are very friendly and trustworthy. After a few months of regular cleanings, Nayeli called me and reduced my price per cleaning! This is unheard of and speaks to the integrity of Peachy Clean. I highly recommend. read more

I started using Peachy Clean about a year ago now and they have been wonderful! They are on time every time. They do the work well. Nayeli sends out a reminder the day before the cleaning, which is very helpful so that I remember when they are coming. They are professional and hard working. There have been occasions when I have needed an emergency cleaning (after a party) and they have been able to come in and help me out. I have even recommended them to my mother-in-law and she has been extremely happy with them as well. I have had other cleaners who have started out cleaning really well and then as time has gone on there work has gotten sloppier and sloppier. There has been no decline in their work and we have been very happy for the help. read more

I'm very happy with clean home! These ladies did a very professional, friendly, and do a quality job! I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was satisfied with their service for a while, until the last few times they came to clean. It seems like every time there is some sort of issue I have with the service. When they clean, they never put things back into place. Paying for their service should be a convenience, but it turns more into a headache. I usually spend a good 20-30 minutes rearranging my home back to how it was. The last cleaning I had was the final straw. I was actually at home for this one. Upon completion I did my usual inspection. I had numerous electronics unplugged throughout the house and electronics that were dropped on the floor and not picked up. The worst thing they did was actually switch the knobs on my oven! I went to use my oven that evening and didn't think twice about the placement of the knobs. When they cleaned the stove top they switched one of the burner knobs with the over on/off knob. When I turned my over on it actually was heating up one of the burners instead of the oven. I had some papers near the stove top that almost caught on fire. Yes I should of paid attention that the knobs were switched around, but most people wouldn't think twice about this. I sent them a text about the issue and all they did was apologize. This doesn't rectify the situation. Not only will I NEVER be using Peachy Clean again, I am contacting the BBB for awful service. read more
