She puts her all into her business and ensuring that her clients are happy and well taken care of. For our wedding, Erin catered breakfast/lunch at the house for the girls. We had charcuterie and yogurt, salads, wraps and more. It was all beautiful and delicious. Everyone loved it. Then Erin was kind enough to stick around to serve ice cream from her new yellow vintage camper for our guests as dessert. We had multiple different flavors and guests loved going out to visit the camper and get ice cream. He did not have enough apps for the guests and the pizza was coming out ONE at a time, the guests waited in lines, he was unprepared and only had one other staff member helping that was unpleasant to even try to talk to. He blamed the storm that passed by but we never lost power, he has excuses instead of taking accountability. Was an honest shit show with everyone waiting for the food.
