The Buffalo cauliflower bites rivaled any wings I've ever had. The pulled mushroom sandwich was so luscious and tasteful, an umami bomb in your mouth. She puts her all into her business and ensuring that her clients are happy and well taken care of. For our wedding, Erin catered breakfast/lunch at the house for the girls. We had charcuterie and yogurt, salads, wraps and more. It was all beautiful and delicious. Everyone loved it. Then Erin was kind enough to stick around to serve ice cream from her new yellow vintage camper for our guests as dessert. We had multiple different flavors and guests loved going out to visit the camper and get ice cream.
