I usually review the Ribs, Brisket, Mac and Cheese, Beans, Cornbread those are my go to's. Fortunately they have them all but unfortunately for me he doesn't have a combo meal for all of them. Had to get a rib platter with 6 ribs and it came with seasoned fries. The other platters came with fries and cole slaw but I wanted the ribs more than a big serving of brisket. And the sides were a la carte and I didn't even notice the corn bread sign so I missed it. Brisket tasted pretty good. Amazing that I actually was offered a choice of cut! Point or Flat, That's SUPER rare, Wanted to try both and he gave me a bit of each. Awesome! Good smoke ring and great rub. Point cut I could feel and taste the marbling but not quiet as much fat as I was expecting, I want to say that was a good thing because I'm not about to say "The more Fat the Better" but I think what I mean is it didn't feel like the marbling did much for the meat IMO. Rub was much more savory type, little bit of black pepper, nothing overpowering. The flavor of the meat was traditional a bit, honestly tasted more like roast beef to me. Perfect Texture though, cooked just right. The fatty parts did melt after a few seconds Ribs came pre cut (Thank you!) but these are the types that I have been calling Backyard style or New England style. The meat itself is so juicy but the bark of the ribs is tough and charred and slathered in sauce. And when you cut them its damn near impossible to make a straight cut, the bark gets in the way and your pushing a plate of bark around trying to get at the meat that falls apart underneath. It doesn't mean anything good or bad, it's just a different style to me. A lot of meat on those bones though. Meat was a teeny bit on the tougher side for me but it wasn't "tough" and could have been a bit more juicy but it wasn't "dry". Definitely the kind of meat you need to pour the sauce all over. Mac and Cheese looked like the traditional store hot bar kind of style. Very orange. Might have had a teeny bit of a red spice sprinkled in. Not a terrible taste but nothing I would need again, just general Velveeta mac and cheese stuff. Beans looked like a secret recipe from a crazy Pit Master. They looked amazing and smelled like award winning. The beans were delicious, maybe a 3 bean but I could only Identify pinto and red. Gravy actually stuck to the beans unlike this canned baked bean liquidy stuff. The base was BBQ sauce though and it tasted amazing for the first few bites. After a little bit though I couldn't help but thinking I was just shoveling down warm BBQ sauce and beans. Still really good though. Fries that came with the Ribs were seasoned with kind of like a sweet Mesquite sprinkle. Not bad fries at all, traditional cut, good taste.

The pricing here is on the slightly higher side, similar pricing to nearby sitdown restaurants. There is picnic table seating near the food trailer. After seeing mixed reviews of The Sea Basket, I decided to check it out. After driving through crazy Bedford traffic, I made it here for dinner. I ordered the Fried Haddock Basket ($20.99 plus tax) with fries. I waited a bit since the food is made to order with seafood being hand breaded before deep frying. My food was ready in about 10 minutes after ordering. Packed in a takeout box, there 3 thick pieces of fried haddock over a pile of golden fries, tartar sauce and ketchup packets on the side. I put some Heinz Malt Vinegar on my haddock before eating. The haddock pieces were soft inside with a good breading on the outside. The natural cut fries were very hot. Overall, the fried food I had were pretty good and not too greasy. I also noticed the trailer indicated they offer haddock chowder, but this was not on the menu. I will be back here for a lobster roll next time!

Credit cards accepted and cash too. Food only took about 10 minutes to come out, super fast. I just feel the prices are a little high for the amount given. Lobster roll - can be cooked cold or hot - it wasn't bad but it wasn't for me. Didn't have as much meat as I was hoping for. Chicken tenders - Not bad, has a peppery taste with good white meat, but only 3 tenders for 13.99 was a little too expensive for my taste. Mixed Basket - comes with 2 fish fillets, shrimp, clams, and scallops and fries. The fish was good, nice and plump with meat. Shrimp and scallops had light breading which was nice. Scallops good too. But still felt the price was too high for the amount. Overall, it's worth a try!

The Anheuser-Busch Brewery puts on this event every Summer for 1 weekend. It's really just a food…read moretruck festival. In the fields they have to the right of the brewery they have a few different food trucks and a big tent with tables and chairs and some local venders and some not so local annoying venders. Small stage where some musicians and bands play. All in all it's a good time for families and buddies. But I'm a BBQ foodie critic and I ONLY showed up for the Ribs, and I Mean ONLY the Ribs. So this review is mainly focusing on the venue for someone who just wants so ribs and the ribs that were provided. I didn't want to post on the Anheuser-Busch page or the pages for the individual BBQ venders because I only had their ribs I don't even know if they even have yelp pages. So first off, $12 just to get in. $20 for parking in their big ass parking lot OR you can park almost a mile away and walk ... amazing. I hadn't really noticed that the thing didn't start till 4:30 on it's first day so I happened to show up at like 3:30. Only noticed official people walking around, and cops with bulletproof vests and gun cases. I walked up to the "box office" tent where a few official people were just chillin and I walked right past them, right through the gate, no questions. No ticket takers, no one stoping me asking if I had tickets, no one in the parking lot looking to see if I paid for parking, nothing stopping me from going anywhere .... So little tip for everyone. If you show up an hour to 15 minutes early you can get in for free because these people don't know what the hell they are doing. I spent $32 for Nothing! Lightning BBQ seemed to open up earlier than the other 2. Im standing at the front of their counter and the jerk off just stares at me like I dated his mom a week ago. No "How can I help you?" or "What can I get for ya" ... just a upward nod like "wtf do you want?" Pretty sure I was the 2nd customer of the whole event and this douchenozzle from TX is acting like I'm every customer that has annoyed him throughout this event ending 2 days later. Get the sampler, ribs are cool even though they like to throw them on the grill right before they slice them. Ribs are smaller than pretty much everywhere I've been too. And there's a big banner that says "Everything is Bigger In Texas" had to laugh, the other 2 BBQ places where bigger. And I was almost going to try their mac and cheese but I saw on their table they had stacks of Stouffer's ... and they wanted to charge $8 for like a slice of it. Oh yeah, I was looking away for a minute while they put the ribs in a fry bowl for me. Bring my eyes back to them and the dickwad has his arm extended out with the ribs and bowl in his hand. Not even acknowledging me. Just grabbed them and laughed. They had their "sweet and sassy" sauce ... supposedly won awards but it's no better than anything you can find at the dollar tree. Ribs were slathered too, that's not Texas style at all. Couldn't taste even a hint of smoked pork, tasted more like baked, rub was tasteless. Pathetic. Armadillo's was pretty much the same exact setup. Same menu, same style, even the 2 types of BBQ sauces they had set up on either side of their spot. Even the labels on the sauce pumps looked exactly the same, made me think this sauce is from some mass producing plant somewhere. Ribs were very hot, I did notice they were cutting it close, so these were right out of the ... whatever it was, again no smoke flavor. Sauced over, grill marks. Not terrible but still ... you guys win competitions? Butch's seemed to be the best overall before I even tried anything. They had 4 of their sauces on either side and they didn't look like they came out of a warehouse. Grabbed a bottle of their Sweet Apple BBQ Sauce cause it was actually really good. Decided to get the meal with this one. Came with beans and slaw, which weren't anything special. Ribs were noticeably larger than the other 2 places. Still grilled up with that char flavor, still no huge presents of smoke flavor but it was there at least. Ribs fell off the bone though, overcooked. But damn that sauce was good. So yeah, I spent about $80 and left. Let me tell you, every idiot that says there isn't good BBQ in New England deserves a spanking from a Grizzly. If this is the crap that represents "Southern der der der Berrbikcooo" then I don't need to visit. There is AMAZING BBQ up here and you don't even have to travel more than 30 minutes to find it!

They used my love of food trucks to design a custom menu (self-serve food stations featuring: nachos, tacos, ramen & slider "bars") as well as serving mini crab cakes & lobster rolls (CHUNKS of lobster meat & claw) with a beautiful, bountiful "grazing" table (tons of cheese, fruit, veggies, hummus, house-made potato chips & dip)...all of this being entirely fun, casual & modern but decorated & set up so classy & beautiful to fit in with my "rustic elegant" barn theme. Our favors/place settings for guests were individually wrapped caramel apples tied with little ribbons and people were going nuts at how cool of an idea it was (also Stacy & Jason's idea!) The food was incredible. There were NO leftovers from dinner & only a small amount of apps left over because we over-ordered on purpose for a nice midnight snack ;] There were extra apples & I took most of them & plan on eating one a day for the next few days. All of our guests were blown away, had fun, complimented the food and Stacy, Jason & their staff's professionalism & hospitality. They even helped store & serve the dessert from the bakery I run (not their own product but they understood how important this element was to me). Stacy is incredibly responsive with all emails/the business end of things & to ICE THE CAKE, she offered us a decorating service as well! (AMAZING for me, who is aesthetically challenged). I was SPEECHLESS when I walked into our barn and saw the tables decorated with eucalyptus leaves, pumpkins, gourds, floating candles and an absolutely gorgeous sweetheart table. I'm still reliving the memories from yesterday and Stacy & Jason were a HUGE part of one of the most important days of my life & I could not have asked for a better caterer & decorator. I wish I could give them 100 stars instead of 5. They are worth every penny, do it, do it, do it. It was PERFECT.

It was great, I recommend to all if you need catering. My only complaint is that I can't pop in for lunch!
