Upon entering I was asked to fill out a card about any allergies or skin issues and basic questions. The waiting area was very clean and the staff was welcoming, it felt like I was leaving Coco with family. I dropped him off and picked him up about 1 1/2 hours later. He looked like a new dog when I picked him up! He was so happy!

Soon after, the owner who did not appreciate that gesture, called and told me that if I was not happy, I didn't have to go back. I thank him for that splendid idea. No more accommodating them and being taken for granted forever. Clients come first and are always right.

We have had a few issues with our dog eating things she wasn't supposed to, that ended up with expensive vet bills. The team was very responsive, caring, and investigated until they figured out what she was eating. I worry that it's a ratio issue - too many dogs and not enough supervision. But, they corrected the access issue between the problem chews and our pup and we haven't had a problem since.
