My dog has been going here for a few months now. When he first started, he had so much anxiety that he wouldn't walk through the door. Took our puppy in to get a puppy cut and she looks like she was trimmed with a lawn mower and her belly was nicked. The girl who checked her in was nice and said they would do her quickly because she was so scared. 6 hours later and the people who were there when we picked her up had the personality of an acorn squash, they wouldn't even look me in the eye as I was checking out. We didn't need for them to be nice as long as they groomed our pet properly, because Customer service is definitely lacking. There was a complete disregard for our dogs anxiety. We medicate him so the grooming is easier however there is no consideration for that and the service started 5 hours later when the medication wore off. There is no empathy and they could care less about the concerns . read more

My boy forever, I had no idea when I dropped you off that I would never see you again. As a few of you know, Smokey was killed by Ruff & Fluff LLC Winter Haven due to their gross negligence on Sunday. We picked up his body Sunday night, and my family and I buried him on Monday. Smokey was my daughter's baby and my snuggle buddy. All this to say, he is irreplaceable and nothing will fill the hole in our hearts from losing him Ruff & Fluff LLC has continually lied and withheld info from us, making this tragedy infinitely more difficult to process. It seems like the only one who has answered is a younger boy who was told to shut up by the owner's daughter since he doesn't work there, strangely enough, he was also there as we dropped off our dog on Friday and walked in the back with him. We have been told so many stories from them and all of them were all proven to be lies by several vet techs and vet nurses that saw his body that night. Smokey had severe marks under his chin and belly that were either caused by another dog attacking him or them leaving him outside at 110 degrees for a very long duration of laying on hot concrete. Fortunately, due to my army of crusaders, we grabbed the attention of the news and are in the progress of making sure this never happens to another dog. I took my cat here to board for a week in mid February. She deals with anxiety & has daily medication. That stay was a positive one. The people are really nice & friendly. However, I boarded her a week late March and the results were not good. When i went to pick her up the woman working went to get her & brought her "cat cave" to me stating she had had an accident that they hadn't been able to clean up. I was offered a bag to put the soiled bedding in but declined. My cat's cry's sounded really different.When ii put the cat cave in my car I noticed the mess was diarrhea. I cked her @ home & her belly & tail were coated in he mess & kitty litter. When i unpacked her food bag & medication there were 3 days of medication not given to her. She had not eaten much food. I took her to a vet & the likely cause of her problems is the anxiety. I imagine there were signs of distress they should have noticed & contacted my emergency person. They didn't. I messaged them on their Fb page hoping for at least a message of concern. Hoping she was ok. I got no response from them. I have a pretty sick kitty. read more

Wonderful people and place. I followed the owner Amanda Howell from Uppity Pups to Ruff & Fluff when she opened. My dog loves going there. Amanda had been so good to me. In 2015 I had a stroke and was hospitalized and in rehab for several weeks. Amanda had came to my home and picked up my dog and made sure she had food and treats. This has also happened a couple of times I have been hospitalized. I don't hesitate to keep taking my girl there. In fact she is getting a full groom next week and I am taking my son's dog to have his nails trimmed. I know several of the employees. They have a large outdoor play ground, equipped with umbrellas, tarps, fans and pools plus things for the dogs to climb and tunnels. They also have indoor play/rest areas equipped with toys and cots, which are air conditioned. This is by far the best groomer, daycare and boarding facility I've seen. If I could give them ten stars, I would. read more

This place killed my dog due to their gross negligence on Sunday, they have continually lied and withheld information from us making this even more difficult than it already is. Do not send your dogs here. Had the worst experience. When first arriving... spoke with Amanda the owner. After emphasizing my dog is a very neutral/submissive dog, she called a staff member up to bring Jax to the back... female staff member brought her old and unfriendly dog with her to the lobby... Jax tried to interact with her but she was barking and aggressive.. so he got away from her. Since he wouldn't be near her in the back.... I left him there for the two hour trail run. When I got back... same staff member went to get him... let him run through the facility to me where he excitedly jumped on the gate separating me from him. Her nasty dog... Annie I believed is her name... came outta no where and jumped up on the fence cornering him and snapped his face. They have cameras but neither the dog owner or Amanda wanted to take ownership of what had just happened saying she doesn't bite dogs... she just gets excited. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. If you love your dogs and expect them to be in a safe environment.... This is NOT the place!! read more

Horrible place to get your dogs hair cut at. They are suppose to be professional but do not no how to handle all kinds of dogs. They had my dog For 5 hours and she came back half cut because "she was to difficult to handle " . Keep in mind my dog is a little shitzu. If you can't handle a small barking dog you should not consider yourself a professional dog groomer !!! read more

My time here was not the best. I scheduled an appointment with Ruff & Fluff at around 9-10am for my small shy dog. I arrive 10 minutes before her appointment time and was excited to see her haircut as she was had been growing her hair out the past 3 months. The lady up front told me that she would call me when she was finished. 6 hours later and I get no call. Possibly thinking that my phone isn't receiving calls, I arrive at Ruff & Fluff. A teenage girl is at the front desk and tells me that my dog is still not ready! In the background, I hear a dog whimpering which sounds like my dog. As I try to look my head past the door, the girl closes the door abruptly. By the way, my dog hardly cries and if she does, it mostly means she is in pain. I think nothing of it as there are plenty of dogs at the facility. I arrive 30 minutes later and they tell me she is ready. She comes out running with a horrible haircut. She had several bald spots as if they used a different razor while shaving her hair. Her skin is visibly showing in some places and she had a cut on her tail! I believe someone inexperienced was cutting her hair and had nipped her tail in the process (which explains the whimpering that I heard). She is bleeding from the tail and the lady tells me nothing of it. She is also shaking which is alarming! Please do not bring your dogs here if you do not want them running out of fear! Also, they have a sign up front that says that several dogs are bitten or hurt by the other dogs at the facility and that they shouldn't be alarmed??? I will not be returning and I hope this review helps you and your fur babies to avoid this grooming place. read more

They did a great job grooming our dog. Yet he didn't have fleas when we took him there. Now a few days later he's fully covered in fleas.
