The ladies spent an hour each day with my animals, sent pictures while they were there, and kept me informed each day about each animal. They even noticed a scratch on my pig! One of my turkeys was sick when I left and unfortunately passed away 2 days into my vacation. These wonderful ladies actually held him as he passed away and took care of his body. Seriously, what animal service does that?!? Their prices are ridiculously affordable and like the other reviewer, I too felt the need to pay more than asked. They are personable, kind, and clearly love what they do. I cannot recommend Ashley and Nancy highly enough!!

And rather than have them deal with the stress of being boarded, I decided to try a pet sitting service while I went on vacation. Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!! Let's face it. . . Four cats can be kind of messy. These guys are amazing! If you need a pet sitting service, I strongly recommend Aussie Mom!!!!!!!

We have had a few issues with our dog eating things she wasn't supposed to, that ended up with expensive vet bills. The team was very responsive, caring, and investigated until they figured out what she was eating. I worry that it's a ratio issue - too many dogs and not enough supervision. But, they corrected the access issue between the problem chews and our pup and we haven't had a problem since.

10 stars if it was an option…read more I would first like to say I was a little reluctant to try Heaven based on her reviews, but then I re-read the reviews and HAD to try her out after I realized the reviews were based on ignorance. First and foremost, Heaven Luxury Pet Care is just that "Pet Care". At no point does she claim to be a "mobile vet" and she is not a mobile groomer by definition. She offers a wide range of services which does include but are NOT limited to basic grooming and maintenance. Her services are based on convenience for the customer. Heaven came to my house to give My baby Pandora a bath and play time. I didn't mind she used my "water and electricity". In fact I preferred it being this was the first time meeting Heaven. I like to watch over and make sure my baby is being treated right. (I worked at a groomer when I was way younger and the treatment they gave the pets was terrible because the pet owner was not there). Up front Heavens very lengthy process and stern policies are very clear before booking a service. Everything is MADE KNOWN before your appointment. I loved the fact that she requires shot records prior to a service. This protects my baby and everyone else's. All of her policies are clearly and concisely provided before the service is rendered. She does have a cancelation fee which was made known before I agreed to my service. She is flexible. She will come to you or you can go to her. She will even pick up and drop off. Yes, she charges for gas, and who wouldn't? (When you order pizza you are charged for gas too! It is disguised in the delivery fees) Yes she does provide the convenience of digital communication but will also call if needed. In this day and age, everything is done by email, text, and social media. That should never be held against someone for staying current with the times. Heaven is young and I give her NOTHING BUT PROPS for doing something at such a young age. She could be running the streets but chose to start her own business. I didn't realize this world is criticizing based on age these days. (Warning to the kids out there mowing lawns and babysitting it is unacceptable to be too young and trying to earn money or learn responsibility lol). HEAVEN DON'T LET THESE KARENS DISCOURAGE YOU AND CONTINUE TO BE A BOSS!!! After speaking with Heaven I learned she has several years of experience and a true passion and love for animals. She graduated from college 2 years ago, earned a vet tech degree, and has a full-time job at a vet clinic. The fact is Heaven was wonderful with Pandora. Heaven was friendly and knowledgeable. For her age, she was very professional. Pandora does not like new people and can be aggressive with the unknown. Heaven was patient and kind to her. She won Pandora over with her cookies. (and they were organic) I highly recommend Heaven if you can respect AND accept the fact that she is out there trying to make something out of nothing. Read her forms before signing and don't book the service if you do not agree with her policies. If you are a Karen or don't know how to read and comprehend what you read then Heaven might not be the best fit for you.

Luke is an almost 8 year old Golden Retriever that I rescued when he was 2 years old. While I don't…read more know exactly what happened during the first part of his life, it was clear he came with a tremendous amount of fear and insecurity. For the past five years, I poured everything I had into helping him, but there were some things I simply couldn't overcome on my own. Luke wasn't just anxious-he was an extreme anxiety case. He has severe storm and crate anxiety, had broken out of multiple crates and severely injuring himself in the process, and had a bite history. He struggled with strangers, especially men, and I honestly wasn't sure anyone could help him at his age. From day one, Ray approached Luke with incredible patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand Luke - not just apply a one size fits all training program. He learned what motivated Luke and adjusted his training to hit him. The transformation has been incredible. Luke can now calmly settle in a crate, has learned to stay focused on me instead of his surroundings, and is so much more confident around people. Just as importantly, Ray taught me how to better understand Luke's body language and redirect him before he becomes overwhelmed. He didn't just train my dog, he taught me how to help him succeed. I was terrified to send Luke to board and train. I was worried he would bite Ray (he definitely tried a few times), shut down, or feel abandoned. Instead, Ray kept me updated, showed incredible patience, and never gave up on him. The biggest testament to Ray's work is their relationship. Luke has always struggled with men, but now he gets excited every time he sees Ray. The first time I dropped him off to board after training, he happily walked right inside with Ray and didn't even look back at me. That moment meant everything. Ray makes training fun, and the dogs genuinely love him. Beyond the training, Ray has given me something priceless: peace of mind. For years, I avoided vacations and taking any time away because I never trusted anyone to keep Luke safe. Now I finally have someone I trust completely. I met with several trainers before finding Ray, but something never felt right until I met him. If you have a dog with anxiety, fear, or behavior challenges, don't give up. Ray is patient, compassionate, and truly trains the dog in front of him, not the dog he wishes he had. Thank you Ray, for believing in Luke and teaching me how to be a better owner to him.
