Upon entering I was asked to fill out a card about any allergies or skin issues and basic questions. The waiting area was very clean and the staff was welcoming, it felt like I was leaving Coco with family. I dropped him off and picked him up about 1 1/2 hours later. He looked like a new dog when I picked him up! He was so happy!

Today, I went in at 1:45 and saw many, many dogs coming out until 3:30pm., when I left with my little dog. For the first time, I did not feel like tipping, and was relieved to leave. Soon after, the owner who did not appreciate that gesture, called and told me that if I was not happy, I didn't have to go back. I thank him for that splendid idea. She then whispers through the phone "it literally takes 5 minutes".... if it literally takes 5 minutes why not see them at a more convenient time. last time I took them for grooming services they said it'd take 2 hours and my dogs ended up staying in the shop for 4 hours in the cages.
