Upon entering I was asked to fill out a card about any allergies or skin issues and basic questions. The waiting area was very clean and the staff was welcoming, it felt like I was leaving Coco with family. I dropped him off and picked him up about 1 1/2 hours later. He looked like a new dog when I picked him up! He was so happy!

Today, I went in at 1:45 and saw many, many dogs coming out until 3:30pm., when I left with my little dog. For the first time, I did not feel like tipping, and was relieved to leave. Soon after, the owner who did not appreciate that gesture, called and told me that if I was not happy, I didn't have to go back. I thank him for that splendid idea. No more accommodating them and being taken for granted forever. Clients come first and are always right.

She then whispers through the phone "it literally takes 5 minutes".... if it literally takes 5 minutes why not see them at a more convenient time. last time I took them for grooming services they said it'd take 2 hours and my dogs ended up staying in the shop for 4 hours in the cages.
