If I could leave 0 stars I would. Totally disrespectful staff, very very rude to me. My dog came home with cuts all over him. The price I was told to pay was way higher than what I was told on the phone. Very very horrible experience will never ever go back. do not bring your dog here. Went inside and I was stared at by two sour face teenagers. Asked if they can take the matting off on my dogs chin. They said they don't take matting off but they shave it. Uhm?? Okay? Same thing? I asked her if she can come around the counter and feel it out, the two teenagers with their nasty face were standing up there for a minute before one finally decided to come around, she felt around the dog and then told me her manager needs to look at it, she dragged my dog into the back and the lady started feeling his back around, I told them again that it's just his chin. Mind you my dogs tail was so far tucked between his legs.. I think we could both tell that the vibes of this place weren't right at all. The manager then comes face to face with me and stares at me for 2 minutes before telling me the entire dog needs to be shaved... this business is a big joke. Super disrespectful and I wouldn't leave my dog here for $1mil Wasn't greeted, didn't feel inviting, dragged my dog across the store, the lady was feeling around the back of my dog after I specifically told her it's just the chin, he has absolutely no matting anywhere else but yet she told me to shave his beautiful coat completely. Horrible experience TWICE! They cut his side and blamed ME for having "knots". He DIDN'T have "knots"!!! Shame on them the first time, shame on me the second! Yes, I went back out of convenience and they cut him worse the 2nd time! There's a reason they can always get your dog in right away. They care more about making money then taking care of your pet. I'm livid that they hurt our sweet, sweet Cupid, but disgusted that they didn't take any responsibility whatsoever and never once apologized! Ask your vet if they'd recommend "Love An Fluff". Friendly service, but we're bummed because all three things we asked for were not done and the cut looked choppy. We specifically asked them NOT to cut our Shih Tzu's eyelashes, and we asked them to cut the ears and the body short, but they did the exact opposite for the three requests. Her eyelashes were cut short and her ears and body were lightly trimmed, but still kept long -- it looks like she didn't even get groomed at all. We even saw the person writing the groom notes down on paper. They took care of our girl which is all that matters, but if you're going to ask for something specific, you're better off going somewhere else. Overall, we are very disappointed about the final outcome of the groom. read more

Called them the day before to see if anything was available for three dogs and they told me they were all booked up for a week. So the lady offered to take my number and fit me in if anyone canceled. Called me the next day and squeezed me in with three dogs and they did a great job. I will definitely recommend them. Great job and friendly thanks to all of you. read more

DO NOT take your dog there. That was the worse grooming I have ever seen. They completely shaved the dog because they were lazy and completely ignored our instructions not to. There is also small skin cut in her ears. They were very unprofessional from the beginning and if dog groomers require a license, whoever did mine should loose his/her license. Took our baby cockapoo girl here recently. The staff was very rude and they must have very aggressively shaved around her private parts because she was all cut up down there and has been in pain since. Would not recommend this place if want your pet treated with compassion and care. read more

We have gotten our pets groomed here for over 10 years. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. It's pretty easy to get an appointment if you call first thing in the morning. They are very caring and responsible with our animals. The have a small shop inside with collars leashes etc. read more

Nikki was amazing with our Rudy! He HATES having his paws and ears done but she showed no fear and was his alpha, as Chows need an alpha personality. Nikki shows a clear love of her job and of animals in general. We stayed until she was comfortable with him and when we returned for Rudy, Nikki had a new friend and we had our gorgeous Chow looking fresh and clean. Thank you Nikki & Love an Fluff! If you love your pet, do not take your pet here. They are horrible. I walked in for a nail trim and first of all the girl dragged my scared little dog across the floor. This is a little 8lb dog that was scared. She didn't care to pick the dog up but rather dragged her across the room to the back. Once back there, I guess they clipped her vein or something and my little dog was bleeding and they put something to plug it. But what is even worse than that is they gave me my dog without saying a single thing about what happened in the back. They basically let me walk out of their store without informing me of the incident and lo and behold we get home and my dog is bleeding so much, and there is blood everywhere. My kids are freaked out about it and so much chaos. After I finish taking care of my dog, calm the kids, clean up blood allover my house...I call them and they tell me "oh yeah, she was moving alot, they clipped something, she bled and they plugged it with something". I asked them why/how they can let me walk out of the door and not even mention anything about this to me. And she casually says "it happens alot". I'm sorry??? It happens alot? Which part?? The part about you clipping veins and making dogs bleed or the part about not informing the pet owner of what happened in the back of your grooming shop???? Worst place ever!! Save your money and find another establishment that cares about your pet. read more

I was new to the Lakeland area, and one of my priorities was to find a groomer for my dog. She's a shih tzu/Maltese mix and her hair varies from straight, to curly, and sometimes in between. She's hesitant with new groomers, especially with new people in general - I'm sure they're used to seeing dogs of the similar issue. First impression was professional and very kind. The receptionist, whom I should've gotten her name - has purple hair and very sweet when I call to make an appointment, always reassures if I want the same treatment as last time or change it up a bit. I NEVER have an issue with cuts or injuries to my dog, which is one of the things that I look into. I've had horrible experiences where other groomers have cut and allowed her to bleed without calling me, or letting me know there was an incident in general. I highly recommend this establishment, they are professional, grooming is done in a timely manner, staff is kind, clean, and price is reasonable, as their work speaks for themselves. read more

Took my 4 dogs there for several years. The owner, Kim, is very rude and very unfriendly. She doesn't mind making you wait an hour or two after the time you are to pick them up, but boy, you be late, and hell flies. Plus, she goes up on the price at will and you do not know until you go to pay and find out it is an extra $5.00 a pet. No notification before hand that the price has gone up. What if you didn't have an extra $5 that particular day. I finally woke up and started taking mine some place else. What a difference. They actually look like they have been groomed. The people are so nice and do everything they can to help with any special needs. Wake up Lakeland, there are better places out there. read more
