My puppy is not motivated with treats which seemed to be the only way the trainers knew how to use. Our dog was returned to us with no successful training. This experience was truly upsetting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your pet and want a grooming service that listens to your instructions and treats your pet with respect, avoid this place at all costs.

I had left instructions of how much to feed her, vet name and number, emergency vet number, etc. , etc. And this is after Devin came into my apartment and I had gone over everything with her! Devin texted me, took pictures and gave me a detailed description of how Mia was doing when I was gone. She cleaned her kitty litter, tried to play with her and even gave her treats! Mia hid from her but by the second day she actually came out of her hiding place. When Devin texted me that, it made me so happy! I did not worry at all about how Mia was doing by being alone because I knew that she was in good hands. I really enjoyed myself without having to be stressed out! It was so wonderful. They then told me they had to get my authorization and $ deposit to draw blood and give my dog an exam. It took you 4 hrs to decide that?? 2 more hours go by and she downplays my dogs condition and basically suggests it's just nausea. I then have to request his meds, a prescription for the Hills food (that they didn't know you had to have a prescription for). They told me they are an emergency vet so go back to my normal vet. Almost $900 later I'm no better off than I was before I went there.
