I appreciate Kiana at A Pretty Dog Clean! I've been using her grooming services for approximately…read more9 months, using both the mobile grooming and the stationary location for full grooms, as well as baths & brushes, for my senior-age Labradoodle. Kiana's calm, gentle approach is exceptional and is helpful for my dog. Lily looks and smells great without any unexpected/drastic changes or overpowering scents. The online scheduling system is user-friendly with helpful reminders, but mobile grooming is limited to Saturdays, which can make booking tricky. Kiana does her best to accommodate, including being willing to use another product when I had requested one time. Her communication about early arrivals or delays is better than most mobile groomers. Pricing is reasonable -- higher than what I paid in the Northeast but more affordable than another local option. However, the 5.75% credit card fee is frustrating, and I'd love modern payment options like Venmo or Apple Pay, as I prefer not to write checks and end up scrambling for the right amount of cash. Overall, Kiana is super sweet & gentle, the grooming quality is very good, and she is accommodating whenever she can be, but Kiana's availability and payment options keep this from being a 5-star experience.

The store was pretty large, in my opinion and FILLED with anything you could imagine that you'd need for your pet. They have hand sanitizer available right at the entrance for COVID, along with a statement on the door that they require masks upon entering as well. The left side of the store has plenty of dog food, toys, clothing, and gifts. The right side has everything for cats such as huts (average price of $80), natural toys, leashes, food, raw diet food, treat toppers, and clothing. I'm getting more in depth with the cat side since we only have a cat and were shopping on that side only. The woman, who I assume is the owner, was EXTREMELY nice with helping us find the perfect food for our Bengal. She took her time explaining everything to us in great detail, and never once rushed us. She really made us feel like a valued customer! The amount of information she knew about the different products of food they sell blew.. our.. minds. The information she was giving us ranged from where it came from, what the benefits were, what fit our cat the most, how the brand makes their food.... everything! She knew her stuff, that's for sure! She was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, and never once tried to pressure us into buying anything. She was very open minded and positive with how she interacted with us! The prices are very reasonable. They are fully stocked with every item they sell. They do some small discounts if you buy in bulk. It's extremely organized with how they have the layouts of their products throughout the store. You'll definitely walk out of this store with something in your hand. It looked like they were even doing a photo shoot with Santa and your pet in a closed in room as well! I'm overall VERY impressed with our whole experience. We will definitely be coming back and supporting this business. The customer service we got is half of the experience, and knowing you're getting the exact thing that your pet needs is the best feeling. They really know everything about their products.

I double checked when I dropped her off that this was feasible in the workflow and let them know that I was available to pick her up as soon as she was ready to prevent any need to place her in a crate. When I went to pick her up for simple grooming service, they informed me she was so scared during the service that 2 staff had to hold her down and yet continued to complete the service. I was not informed of this until I picked her up. Needless to say we will not be returning. If you have a dog who can be anxious during grooming, I'd recommend going to a different place. We have had much more success with a groomer that is more personable and conscientious
