The process started off good with me calling to book my first appointment after purchasing a 12 session package online - FIRST MISTAKE. I spoke with Stephanie, the owner, and she was very pleasant. During the conversation we both elected to schedule all of my massages out to make sure they had space to accommodate me as they are usually fully booked. Upon arriving for my first session I checked in and was left sitting for 20 minutes. I don't know how other people feel about their time, but MY time is extremely valuable and I find it completely disrespectful to be left sitting past an appointment time-especially 10 minutes or longer. I was introduced to my masseuse and lead into one of the rooms. The rooms have a massage table, music going, and nothing else. During most of the sessions that I attended, people were constantly in and out of the room, whether it was grabbing supplies that are needed or wheeling a machine into another room-extremely annoying and uncomfortable. This place gives straight massage mill; like a puppy mill but for massages. I wish I had the wherewithal to have just booked one massage because there's NO WAY I would've gone back but, since I had booked and pre-paid for 12 massages, and there were no refunds, I figured I would just deal with it. Boy, was I wrong! After the second time my masseuse was 23 minutes late, I directed my concerns to the owner. I expressed to her how unprofessional it was to keep clients waiting and how dissatisfied I was. She apologized, explaining that sometimes clients need more attentiveness and help but honestly, that is not a concern of mine. When I pay for a service, I expect for it to start on time, and I expect courtesy and professionalism. During appointment number seven or eight, yet again, I show up on time and my masseuse is late. After sitting in the waiting area for exactly 15 minutes and 29 seconds (yes, I timed it!), I decided to leave. I received a text message nine minutes AFTER I had already left the building, inquiring as to where I was because my masseuse was looking for me. Talk about pissed off! I once again let Stephanie know how unprofessional and unreliable her team is, and that she could cancel all future appointments as I would not be returning. It is never easy when you feel like you are bashing a business, especially a new business, but I do not want anyone to have to go through the issues I had. If you are someone who really does not care about environment as far as comfort, nor do you really care about your time and don't mind people being up to 30 minutes late for your appointment, this is the place for you. But I would rather pay more for a higher class of service than to be subjected to the lack of professionalism that I experienced at this place. Hopefully, if she ever happens to come across my review, she will take my feedback and turn it into positive actions for her business.

One of the massage therapists shared detailed information about their services. She was very helpful. The bathroom was even stunning and very clean (see pics). My first con is the parking situation. It's limited. My last con is that I wished they took health insurance for their medical massages. I believe they are working on that part. Overall, this place is a MUST-GO. It's a small studio above a hair salon which is decorated in a peaceful palette of aqua and mauve. A hidden gem. Sandra really knows her stuff. You never want to put your face in the hands of someone who doesn't know what they're doing, and I felt complete confidence in her. My skin has not felt this good in years. Mark is just a friendly, professional, and amazing person-he is basically a unicorn- I even brought mom here last summer who was visiting from LA and she said he administered the best Botox injection she has ever gotten (and she has been getting them for a long time). His treatments are tailored to his clients whether you want a soft and natural look or something a bit more aggressive. Botox, fillers, B12 shots, body treatment, Mark does it all.
