I called to make an appointment but the number was disconnected. I looked around online for the number to make sure it was correct, which it was, but I still couldn't get through. I was very frustrated because I thought I had bought a Groupon that I wouldn't be able to use because I couldn't even get through to book an appointment. I sent an email through the website, after 3 days, no answer. I called again and I finally get through to book an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and we were checked in without a problem. The masseuses were very professional and friendly. The massage was good, but instead of working out some of the knots in my muscles, the massage aggravated them and they felt more sore than broken up and relieved. The scalp massage was delicious tho! For the value of the Groupon, it's a great deal but I think you get what you pay for. I may just have to splurge a little for 5 star quality but for an occasional massage, this is a good place.
