We used them for our transport to/from Cancun International to a resort about 15-20 minutes away. We didn't incur any issues with the actual transport. Make sure you go STRAIGHT to them after you claim your luggage/go through customs. We made the mistake of following a representative who led us to believe he was leading us to our transfer, but was actually just trying to sell us excursion packages. Not the company's fault, but wish we had been warned about this practice. Besides that brief delay we were on time and then had just a short wait on the return end going back to the airport. No waters or anything extra and not as nice/new as the other transportation companies' vans we saw, but reliable and fairly priced. read more

When in Cancun/Riviera Maya ..book in advance and they meet you at the airport . Clean AC vans..friendly drivers. Why wait for a transfer from a wholesaler when you can be at your hotel quicker and cheaper. FYI..you have to prepay your return transfer and they will pick you up promptly and get you to the airport on time. read more

Traveling can be stressful and especially when traveling to Cancun. If you have never been when you get your luggage there are tons of people trying to get your business for taxi rides,shuttles and excursions. It can be very overwhelming. My cousin recommended that I book with this company and boy am I glad we did. The experience from beginning to end was perfect. I booked online and they have an app where you can review the information and make sure it's accurate. They also called me the day before our flight to confirm the flight number and arrival time. They also sent email confirmation letting us know what to expect when we arrive at the airport. They also let us know that there will be many people trying to get your business and to just ignore them. They told us exactly what they would be wearing the type of hat they had on so that they could be easily identified. Once we found them they took us to a private area where we were able to board our private shuttle. The price for this round-trip from the Cancun airport to our resort was just $60 per couple. This is an amazing price! The day that we were to leaving the report they were right out front 10 minutes prior to the time just waiting for us but no rush. They are professional, affordable and just an overall amazing experience. I will be using them for all trips in the future! read more

We booked with this company to take us to and from the airport during our recent trip to Cancun. All in all, they got the job done! They are cost-effective. On the way in, we were driven in a big, shiny, black car. On the way out, we were picked up in a bus/van but we were the only group on the trip. Everyone was helpful, everything was on time, and they didn't make a fuss when we realized we had told them the wrong hotel (Westin Resort....Westin Lagunamar....4 miles apart from each other....). After having the resort we went to try and charge us $200 RT for pick up and bring back when we went to Cancun, I thought that sounded high-so I did some shopping around. This company had good reviews on another trip review site so I gave them a try. First of all-they were literally half the price for a private car for 5 of us. Half. The. Price. I was little concerned that we may not get good service-I was wrong. Although it was a bit confusing at the airport-I think that anyone who picked us up would have been the same as far as how freakin crazy it is arriving into that airport-Nutso. We were greeted by an initial person, who guided us to a 'waiting point' where there were like a hundred other people waiting for their rides. We were a little nervous we would either be forgotten or lost....but we weren't. We then had another person come to our 'meeting area'. That person then found our driver. He brought us to a beautiful, clean an spacious SUV that fit all 5 of us comfortably as well as our 5 pieces of luggage. He had cold water waiting for us, and his vehicle was nice and air conditioned which was amazing because it was ridiculously hot and humid outside! He brought us to our resort, and tried to chat if we asked him questions-otherwise he was respectfully quiet. When we had to get back to the airport-again I was a bit concerned. But...we were picked up in an equally nice vehicle, given cold water and driven promptly to the airport on time. Drivers are respectful, cars are spacious and clean. Excellent price (please tip your drivers nicely, they need it). I really could not ask for more. Extremely happy. No need to pay ridiculous resort prices for them to pick you up (they may even use the same service!) read more

Worst airport ever! Waited at the Hertz rental counter inside for nothing. You have to look for the Hertz office outside. Good luck not getting hit by a car as you wrangle all your luggage through the parking lot. There is not walkway for pedistrians. You have to pick your luggage over two side walks and speed bumps. Who ever design this airport terminal gets the dumbass award of a lifetime. read more

I would advice against using this company. After losing my flight to Cancun I reached out right away (4 hours before the scheduled service) and asked them to please cancel and issue a refund since I prepaid with my credit card. They didn't reply to my text until I called and left a voice message. They texted me back saying they'd issue a refund and that I'd receive proof of cancellation via email, but they never sent anything and stopped replying to my text. To me that's dishonest and unreliable and I'm very disappointed that I had to handle my reimbursement through my card's dispute center. read more

Friendly staff who can get you where you need to go. We used these guys for our drive to and from the airport. They were timely, both in picking us up and the transport to and from the hotel. They are a very good cost effective option. read more

This service was great! I scheduled them last minute when we landed in Cancun (while still on the runway) after finding out or other scheduled car service fell through. Their Rep was waiting for us and the van was new, clean and got us to or hotel in Playa del Carmen in 40min with complementary cold bottles of water. I ended up calling them to take us on a day trip down to XEL HA and our driver Tito was top notch! He was able to accommodate our later than planned departure time from XEL HA with no fees, and always a smile. On our 7:30 ride back to the airport we lucked out again and had Tito as our driver. Bottom line, use "Transfers USA" (not the similarly named service) and ask for Tito! read more

I used Transfers USA for a ride from the airport to my hotel (and vice versa), and for two personal tours for me and my wife. Our shuttle bus was always on time and the driver was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Our driver was Jose Manuel Palafox. He was very friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable about the sites we visit during our tours (Tulum and Chichen Itza). He recommended great places to eat, shop, and visit throughout our tours.
