We used USA Transfers for our airport transfer from Cancun airport to our resort an hour away. Jesus Morales was our driver. He was an excellent driver and gave us a lot of info on our way to the hotel. The price was $130.00 roundtrip for two to Secrets Akumal. We booked a private excursion through Entertainment Plus (same company as USA Transfers) and requested Jesus as our driver. Did the Tulum and Coba trip. Was a great time. Our drive back to the airport with another gentlemen, the youngest driver of the company. Forgot his name. But very professional and personable as well. Would highly recommend this company. I hired them to transfer our family from Cancun to the Isla Mujeres ferry, pick us up two days later at that same ferry, drive us down to our resort north of PDC and back to CUN a week earlier. We just went on a day trip to Chicken Itza, a cenote and Villadilod. I booked this online and got confirmation the next day. Our driver Pino was on time and very friendly. It was my husband and I and our two kids. We left our hotel at 6:45am and got there around 9:15-9:30. Pino went and got our tix while we put on sunscreen. We told us to take as long as we wanted. We were there about 90 mins. As we were leaving, the crowds were coming. I think it's very important to get there early. We then drove to the cenote. It was amazing. We beat the crowds here as well. After, we had a buffet lunch which was just ok. They make you pay for sodas/drinks. As we were leaving we again noticed how much more busy it was. Lastly, we stopped at Villadolid and looked at the town square and some souvenir shops. I would definitely recommend this company. Pino was great! read more

I booked through USA Transfers by Google searching the best deal I could find... It was also the best service I'm sure I could find! We had Sal the Pal as our driver and he was amazing. So friendly, informative and personal. He made the trip seem less like a service and more like a family outing in all of Mexico. We saw Chichen itza, a cenote, and valladolid. He let us take our time with each site and didn't give as an exact time to be back- which was so helpful and carefree. We would recommend Sal the Pal to everyone who reads this! We used Entertainment Plus to book all of our excursions while we were in Cancun. 5 stars for the airport to hotel transportation. We paid $65 dollars for round trip travel for 4 people in the Cancun area. Our hotel offered transportation for $85 so we got a better deal with Entertainment Plus. Also, our van was ready within minutes when we arrived at the airport, and they were on time in picking us up on the day we were headed back to the airport. The van was clean and comfortable while the drivers were very nice. 5 stars for the Rio Secreto excursion. Our driver was on time and picked us up in a van to drive us to Rio Secreto. The trip took about an hour each way and our guide was very nice and allowed us to take a nap during the drive. 3 stars for the Chichen Itza excursion. We booked through Entertainment Plus but I am not sure if they passed us off to another company. My friend who used Entertainment Plus said they went to Chichen Itza in a van, however we went in a giant tour bus. The bus was late in picking us up, and I thought the whole outing could have been planned better. Also, I did not like how they didn't follow the itinerary that was stated on the website. We were supposed to go to Chichen Itza first before swimming at a cenote but I did not like how they did the cenote first. We also did not eat till 2pm. Everyone was starving by then since we had been picked up at 7am and had been on the bus for a long time already. Basically, we only spent about 60-90 mins at Chichen Itza but we were out from 715am-1030pm. The drive seriously was about 3.5-4 hrs each way. We also spent 45 minutes at some tourist "rest stop" which was basically just a souvenir stand that I thought was a huge waste of time. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Ivan as our driver. He was there waiting when we finally made it through the 2 hours of customs wait in the airport. Loaded our bags and got us a much needed cold beer right away! He was so informative and kind. His personality was awesome and he was so fun to get to know! We used the 1 hour grocery stop and it was WONDERFUL! So glad this option was available! We took a trip to Xel-ha and to our delight Ivan was able to take us to and from there! We can not say enough good things about our experience. We were disappointed when he wasn't the driver taking us to the airport for our departure. We booked through USA Transfers, (reservations@entertainment-plus.net) and were thrilled with the experience. No matter where you are, you can ride the Hotelera bus to the dock near the Temptations Resort where the cruise guides will meet you to board the Trimarana Lupita. Although the weather was a bit overcast, about 30 people, many from South America, came to enjoy the sea on this catamaran cruise. The crew were fun, funny, and friendly serving drinks as soon as we launched. Snorkeling equipment is provided (with a new snorkel that you keep) for those who wanted to snorkel over the Musa Museo Subacuatico de Arte, Isla Mujeres sculpture museum created by Jason deCaires Taylor where you'll witness 500 underwater full size human forms. (definitely worth doing). The ocean water was really warm, visibility to the ocean floor, and the sea life plentiful, despite big waves and a tempestuous sky. As we neared Isla de Mujeres, the water was that glorious aqua blue color. At a private beach club, a buffet lunch awaited. I enjoyed a 30 minute massage from an excellent and professional therapist on the beach with the sound of the waves as the background music. There were kayaks and other activities, but alas, our time there was too short. For those who were interested, we got to hold and pet a nurse shark. From there we sailed on to the main beach on the island so people could shop. I used the time to swim in the sea. On the way back to Cancun, the fiesta began. Had the weather cooperated, we could have rode the spinnaker. The cruise leaves at 10am and returns around 5:30pm for a full day of fun and sun. Wear your bathing suit, bring your sunscreen and water-proof cameras and get ready for a great time with wonderful vistas. read more

Just finished our day tour (2 adults + 5yr + 1yr) visiting Coba. Booking confirmation is very quick, within a hour, even I booked it online at late night (~10pm). Call&Email reminder in the evening before the tour day is also a plus. Our driver Aaron is very nice and speak English fluently. We were literally ripped off, and to think I trusted a company with such good reviews! I don't plan on using them at all after this first time. I was still going to recommend them and suggest to watch out for tricks. But when I saw my bank statement, I am against using Entertain Plus now. LONG VERSION: ******either their system is bad and someone hacked in, or it is their employees. I never used my credit card in Cancun, yet I had unknown charges from there. I could deal with bad service, but I DO NOT TOLERATE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES****** 1. Transfer from airport to hotel. The greeter and driver gave great service! Started off great and we tipped them well. 2. Transfer from hotel to eco park. Our driver came on time, but we asked him to wait a bit because our breakfast came longer than expected. He gave a little attitude and frustration (I figured later he acted that way so that we'd feel bad to give him more tips. If we came an hour early or late, he'd still have to wait at the park until we left. There was no harm to him with us being a bit late.) What was worse is the tipping. On the EP website, it stated we "could" tip $1 or $2. We were gonna tip $20 when he took us back, but we felt bad and tipped an extra $7 for the ride there, and was going to tip him the $20 still for the ride back. Rudely accepting the money, he said "really man" and some other comments. We were astonished....that made me not want to tip him on the ride back. But we did even though he gave no good service. The way he talked to us seemed forceful and with..attitude. 3. Transfer from hotel to airport. The driver "seemed" nice honestly. But we were dropped at the wrong terminal and did not know. We were obviously traveling internationally and to give it off we were not Hispanic, but he left us there. Then these two other men acting as if they were doing us a favor said that we had to pay $35 for a bus to take us to the other terminal... It was fishy. Because they kept lowering the price so we would go and we saw them split the money. It happened to another couple that came before us too, so I'm sure it's safe to say that EP or transportation in Cancun usually do this. You've been warned! read more

I have used this company twice already in Cancun. I booked everything on-line. I paid $55 for a round-trip transfer from the airport to the hotel and back ($55 is good for up to three people). When you arrive and walk down a hallway with tons of people offering free rides (and sucker you into going on a 90 min timeshare presentation) you walk outside and find a driver who is waiting for you. No hassles what so ever. The 4 different drivers that I have had we're all very friendly and for those of you that don't speak English, they are very fluent in it. My friends and I booked the Akumal Snorkel with sea turtles and when we got picked up, they told us Akumal beach was closed and took us to a different reef snorkel. The snorkel was terrible there the beach water wasn't even clear nothing compared to Tulum. I also googled to see if Akumal was closed and it was open. I think they just didn't feel like driving there. read more
