Make sure you go STRAIGHT to them after you claim your luggage/go through customs. We made the mistake of following a representative who led us to believe he was leading us to our transfer, but was actually just trying to sell us excursion packages. Not the company's fault, but wish we had been warned about this practice. Besides that brief delay we were on time and then had just a short wait on the return end going back to the airport. No waters or anything extra and not as nice/new as the other transportation companies' vans we saw, but reliable and fairly priced.

Upon exiting the airport's terminal door to the outdoors, follow the huge "Pre-paid Ground Transportation'" overhead sign to an area just a few feet past the busy bar serving alcohol (it accepts credit cards only). You will see their representatives wearing orange vests and holding "Cancun Shuttle" signs. For my return flight, I received an email one day in advance of departure to confirm my requested pick-up time. My return shuttle driver Jimmy was a nice guy and on time to pick us up from our hotel. The best ATM machine to use in Cancun is the airport's HSBC machine - charges $5 USD fee to withdraw up to 9,400 pesos (approximately $501 USD). Upon exiting the double door from Immigration/Customs, turn left and the HSBC's ATM machine is tucked in the far left corner. The ATM machines in Mexico will give 500 peso bills only. Do NOT use the Santander machine at the airport or in downtown Cancun - it charges an additional foreign adjustment fee of $20 USD plus $5 USD withdrawal fee. I believe all Mexican banks will charge a foreign adjustment fee, so use the HSBC machine at the airport only. If you need to break the 500 pesos into smaller bills, go to a Chedraui grocery store and they will break down the 500 pesos into smaller bills when you purchase delicious Mexican pastries or inexpensive souvenirs, etc.
