My cousin recommended that I book with this company and boy am I glad we did. The experience from beginning to end was perfect. I booked online and they have an app where you can review the information and make sure it's accurate. They also called me the day before our flight to confirm the flight number and arrival time. They also sent email confirmation letting us know what to expect when we arrive at the airport. They also let us know that there will be many people trying to get your business and to just ignore them. They told us exactly what they would be wearing the type of hat they had on so that they could be easily identified. Once we found them they took us to a private area where we were able to board our private shuttle. The price for this round-trip from the Cancun airport to our resort was just $60 per couple. This is an amazing price! The day that we were to leaving the report they were right out front 10 minutes prior to the time just waiting for us but no rush. They are professional, affordable and just an overall amazing experience. I will be using them for all trips in the future!

Make sure you go STRAIGHT to them after you claim your luggage/go through customs. We made the mistake of following a representative who led us to believe he was leading us to our transfer, but was actually just trying to sell us excursion packages. Not the company's fault, but wish we had been warned about this practice. Besides that brief delay we were on time and then had just a short wait on the return end going back to the airport. No waters or anything extra and not as nice/new as the other transportation companies' vans we saw, but reliable and fairly priced.

Online booking was easy enough, though there was nowhere to request a car seat except in the comments, and I only found out after booking that a car seat could not be guaranteed. There were a lot of other options and additions available, including some tour packages. All we wanted was door-to-door transport for a family of four, so I reserved two trips in our own SUV for a little over $80 each way. The Cancun airport has a whole area just outside the exit where passengers meet up with the various transport services. There was a guy at the airport who pointed us in the right direction, and even told us where Cancun Shuttle would be--they're obviously a regular presence at the airport. There was a Cancun Shuttle representative waiting, and he called our driver to come and meet us. He said we'd have to wait about fifteen minutes, but the actual wait time was nowhere close to that. We were pleasantly surprised that the SUV did in fact come with a car seat for our four-year-old. Our driver JJ was super affable, a fluent English speaker who'd worked as a tour guide for many years. He was a great driver and I enjoyed talking to him. He had a lot of insight about Cancun, and even answered my little one's repetitive questions about the windmill we passed by (why it wasn't working; whether there were others). I was less pleased with our experience on the way back, though I have no complaints about our driver, who was polite and professional. The issue was that I tried to change our pick-up time the night before, by sending an email at 7:30PM, when I learned that we were getting picked up a half hour before all our friends, who were on our flight back to Los Angeles. I assumed my message would be received in time to adjust our 10:50AM pick-up to 11:15AM. I was wrong. I got a curt reply at 10:10, when we were at breakfast, informing us that it was too late to change our pick-up time. I didn't even see this until 10:55, when I got an urgent email telling us our driver was on site and would leave after 15 minutes. This felt insane, and made our departure unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully, the driver was not pressed, and was patiently waiting for us when we showed up at 11:15. All the kerfuffle was unnecessary, and just antagonized us for no reason. There was also no car seat on this leg, but my kids enjoyed sitting like grown-ups in the third row. Anyway, I'd still recommend Cancun Shuttle if you're looking for reasonably priced, timely transport to and from the Cancun airport. The drivers are good, and I guess it's better to err early than late.

That's hard to do with 3 planes of angry people in front of you! When I went to the bar to get ice water to hand out, they jumped in with trays, and helped me pass out the water.
