They're doing a great job with COVID protocols. You wait outside or in your car until called to come in, so that you're the only one in the main area during check in and check out. You have your temp taken and asked to sanitize your hands (or wash at the sink) before getting started. It's too soon to really report on overall changes to my skin's conditions, but my facial was thorough and relaxing, and my skin was positively glowing when I left. I don't say that lightly. Allison made a lot of great recommendations, and I picked up a hydrating serum there based on her recommendations. It's a calm, relaxing atmosphere and I feel comfortable and confident there. I arrived 9 minutes late to a waxing appointment that is booked for 15 minute slots due to traffic. It was an eyebrow wax that has NEVER taken more than 5 minutes and was told they cannot take me and charged 100% of the service. Yes, I signed the agreement but sometimes customer service and loyalty of 4 years, coming monthly should outweigh an agreement.

It's much better than going to the eyebrow places in the mall where you usually have three or four people in front of you! The same lady has done my eyebrows each time and her name is Raj. She gives my eyebrows a nice shape and does not make them too thin like some other places have. She is also very quick and precise. I appreciate this because I find threading to be pretty painful and I like for it to be over quickly. I can walk in and out within 10 minutes at Brow Studio 7. They have a rewards program. Every dollar you spend you get a point and eventually you can earn a free eyebrow threading. It costs $10 to get your brows done which is pretty reasonable. The lady tells me that I should come every two weeks, but I try to go every three weeks. The rewards program tells her the last time I was there. I don't really mind when she mentions it. Overall I'm glad to have found Brow Studio 7 because they do a great job and are very fast. No more waiting 30 minutes to get my brows done at the mall!
