I had been trying to find someone consistent for my facials and Holly has definitely gone above and beyond my expectations! She is extremely friendly, gives the most amazing and relaxing facials, and is very easy and fun to talk to. We had recommended Dr. Rezel to him as his family was close with my mom and grandmother growing up, but my husband was really unhappy with how rushed the doctor made him feel. This office also cannot do anything beyond teeth cleaning and x-rays so we ended up switching to someone else who can provide more care. Fast forward to the past few months -- My grandmother had been complaining of tooth pain for months. We kept taking her in to see Dr. Rezel. He dismissed her, gave her antibiotics, and sent her on her way. She said she felt rushed and like he wasn't fully examining her. On the last visit, he became visibly shocked at what he saw when my mom insisted he take a second look on the other side of the tooth. She ended up at the emergency dentist at ECMC. She had a massive anomaly, open sore, in her mouth. The words from the doctor there when they were told that she'd been to 3 times prior was "Did he even look in her mouth?" Today we found out it was cancerous. He missed a cancerous lesion in her mouth THREE TIMES because he wouldn't slow down and care for his patient, and we lost precious time getting her the treatment she needed. I hope that she's able to get the care she needs and is able to recover, but shame on Dr. Rezel for his inattention. Turns out my husband's hunch was right -- He doesn't care, and is not willing to give his patients the time and attention needed when it matters most.

It was my first ever facial (first ever of any type of pampering), and oh. My. God. Let me just say it won't be my last. She started by getting to know my skin and it's patterns, and then the actual facial was out of this world. I've never experienced relaxation in such a deep level before. You can tell that not only is Melissa amazing at what she does, but the passion you can feel in her hands while she's using them is really something else. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and I already have told all of my friends about this place.
