I took my 13 year old dog here for a nail trim. The staff is very kind and friendly. I will definitely bring future pets here My only critique is they are not handicap accessible. Which is a pretty big deal. My dog had a mini stroke last year and left his back legs very weak. He can't go up and down stairs without being carried. Which is no easy task since be weighs 70lbs. So, that is my only complaint. read more

Just took my sweet dog Sophie to get her nails trimmed! I have been doing her nail trimming for the past 3 years so she was pretty scared. The staff tried doing it in the back but they realized it would be better if I was there. So they so kindly came to the lobby and I calmed my pup while she trimmed her nails. The total was 17$ because they charge 2 dollars to use a card! I will bring cash next time. Also, it was a little confusing which door you go to (you go to the one on the right) and when I walked in the door to the back was closed so I just stood their awkwardly until someone came out. Love this place. I would have never known about it if it weren't for my husband delivering to them. My mother in law called them to get i formation before booking. Usually with businesses these days people are too busy to go over stuff over the phone but not in this case. They went over everything made sure she was happy with what was discussed and if she had any more questions. The other thing that was a huge plus in my book is when i went to pick up my dog. Since i didn't drop her off they had to verify i was good to pick up my pup. It made me feel that my dog was safe and that a random person couldn't pick her up. I've been to other places that never verify who you are and caused us not to come back. If you are looking for trustworthy people this is a place for you. read more

We had been to 4 groomers before finding this GEM! My husband and I have a 2.5 year old lhasa apso shih tzu mix who would scream and do anything to avoid his nails being clipped. He was ok with the bath but still squirmed and tried to avoid it. We were able to bath him at home but it was a challenge. The last groomer before Trans-fur-mations he was shaking and hiding for days! Our pup thrives in this grooming experience. I can't say enough good. They were able to clip is nails every visit (6+) now without upsetting him. He is happy to go to the groomer and leaves prancing around with extra bounce in his step. They are very accommodating with however you want the cut to look. We are very happy with the clean, shaped cut we walk away with. Our dog is only 25-26lbs but has a BIG personality and this is BY FAR the best groomer we have been to. I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking. The owner is happy to communicate by text which is great for sharing photos and having a record of dates. They are also happy to work with us dropping off before work and picking up on the way home. This experience is great for pet and owner. HIGHLY reccomend. read more

I love this place. I took my dog in for the first time today and the overall experience was great! They're very professional. The place is clean... they're located in a quaint area of Suffolk. When I brought my dog in her hair was very matted. I was concerned that she would look weird after shaving off her hair. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful she looked. Took my dog there, was charged close to 30% more than the agreed on price. $95 to groom a dog is a little extreme. The lady that appeared to be in charge was not friendly. Said if i bring him back they would have to sedate him. He seemed sleepy all night, not like himself. He's never had any problems anywhere else or the vet, no way i would let them sedate my dog. Look elsewhere. Not saying that they used some kind of drug on my dog without my permission but it seemed funny. Talked to a neighbor with similar results. read more

I have a bichon-frise and a bichon-poodle mix. I have taken them to several groomers in the area and Christine is by far the BEST. She recently got a grooming van and now does mobile grooming which is very covenient. Her prices did go up when she got the van, but her grooming service is worth the extra money. She takes the time to really know your pets and work with their personalities and pays attention to detail. My bichon is a difficult groom and other groomers end up cutting him shorter or giving him a bad cut or cutting him. Christine noticed that one of my dogs had an ear infection and told me where other groomers didn't even remove the hair from her ears. She also does fun extra things like mohawks :) read more
