The changing room and quite room and very small and didn't have a comfortable feel to me. The 60 minute massage I booked started on time, but it was just okay. This is the first time I've ever had a massage that didn't use warm lotion nor wrap my feet with warm towels. Honestly, the entire experience and building felt chilly the whole time I was there. I noticed at the end of my massage that the thermometer in the room read 68 degrees, yikes! I also was confused because of conflicting signage regarding cells phone. One sign said "discouraged" in the quiet area and another sign said "not allowed". Either way, while I understand "respecting other's relaxation" for some of us part of relaxing and renewing is scrolling social media and reading on our KindlKindle apps because we are too busy during the week. Overall, I felt very awkward most of the time I was here.

I could not relax, the technique was disappointing, and there was a fan blowing on me along with distracting clicking and other noises throughout the massage. My girlfriend's experience was no better. She was noticeably flinching from the amount of pressure and pain during what was supposed to be a Swedish massage. The actual room where they perform the services is a bit weird because it's one room with about 8 beds, there are curtains separating the beds on the sides but the curtain doesn't go all the way around. They also play really loud music, presumably to drown out all the conversations going on at once. They do offer a sheet and a weighted blanket which felt really good during the service.
