When I spoke to manager, she said it's store policy to not provide refunds. However, I can come back and have her fix it. There is no way to fix it unless she strips it or to add highlights which will fry my hair. Btw, The manager that called me back, didn't even do hair. She said she just manages the place. This is a way overpriced salon! She ruined my $250 highlights, and charged me $180. This was a $430 mistake that they made. Save your money and go anywhere else. For reference, The first picture shows my blonde hair a month ago (These highlights were not done at this salon, I tried to go back to the same girl who did them, but she was out sick) .the second one shows my hair after I left this salon. I've seen Carolyn, Julia, and Kay and each has brought their true A game. I moved to Houston and couldn't get the same service or the same hair color anymore, always missing her. Now that I've moved back to Chicago, I didn't hesitate to reach out to her at her new salon. However, this time the work wasn't as good as I expected, and the charges weren't proportional to what was actually done.
