SCHEDULING: I usually talk with Nina and Beverly in person or on the phone to schedule appointments. She has the most calming demeanor and really made the whole process for me quick and with minimal pain. She applied a soothing balm on my back to minimize expected irritation since it was my first time getting my back waxed. I appreciated that she gave me thorough information on waxing aftercare/exfoliation. HAIR: All I can say about Zhanna is WOW. She's an expert at her craft and I can tell she loves what she does. Zhanna has been my go-to stylist since day one for hair cuts and balayage. She gave me the most beautiful, rich chestnut brown balayage that glows through my natural black hair. Then...suddenly the sheet gets flung down and so do my underwear...The whole time I wanted to bust out laughing and thought this is going to be a great story to tell. The massage was good, she definetly got all up in every muscle (would have been nice if she asks if there was a spot that needed more attention). I always wonder too what they are saying to each other and laughing about, I can only imagine. Then they did the hot stones and she massaged everywhere, luckily my booty did need a good hard massage. We both gave them a $20 tip but I imagine like some one else said, they would have probably chased us out looking for a tip if we didn't already offer one. The aesthetician did NOT know what she was doing whatsoever and the waxing was extremely painful. She admitted to me at the end that she was "sucky", left me with wax everywhere and did not offer anything to soothe the pain. They still charged me half ( like they were doing me a favor). The manager called me to offer for me to come back at a different time for another one. (Who in there right mind would ever ever return after being put through this). It took the management 2 weeks to refund my $ and I was in touch every day until they did. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone for anything. Do not go through the misery I had to.

Alyssa really tries to help you achieve the look you are going for, even if you might not know what it is yet, she will talk with you and give you her advise on which shades or cuts would best suit you.
