I've usually booked with various therapists until I find one that I like. I've found several that I stuck with until they left company or changed hours. My rating isn't based on my experience with my massage therapists. It's really with the company's subscription policy. Just be aware to use your subscription payments before cancelling the subscription or you'll be charged extra fee to book, although you've been charged up front for the subscription. I get how subscriptions work, it's profitable for the company but not so much for consumer in this situation. I had 4 credits that I hadn't used and for financial reasons I needed to cancel. Well, I was told I couldn't cancel and use my credits without incurring an extra fee for a massage and I COULDN'T receive a refund. Did I say I've been a long-time customer? I did, didn't I. Even one of the front desk staff agreed this wasn't consumer friendly. I had to book 4 sessions within 3 weeks to get beneift of money I paid up front before I cancelled and would've been charged another monthly susbscription fee. Front desk attempted to give me an optin of using my loyalty points to cover the additional fees, but at that point I was done. I asked front desk staff if she could request that owner reach out and was told that probably wouldn't happen. So, I'm using Yelp to communicate to owner...in the words of Lauryn Hill...you just lost one. Onto another company!

I booked one here around 13 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately, the massage was subpar. 1. The massage bed was not prepped for a pre-natal massage so the masseuse had to step out to get the correct pillows. (Since I had booked online, the receptionist should have alerted her to the appointment type ahead of time.) 2. I laid on my side in an awkward position because they did not provide a full body pillow, which would have allowed for body alignment 3. The masseuse only massaged my shoulders and nearly none of my back. I kept thinking she was going to eventually move down and she never did. The shoulder massage lacked pressure so I hardly felt anything. After this experience, I booked prenatal massages elsewhere for the remainder of my pregnancy and they were great (appropriate prep, pillows, pressure and full body work). Having a comparison helped me realize the masseuse at this location didn't have much experience in pre-natal massages. 2 stars for easy online booking, cleanliness and the kindness of the receptionist.
