She was a great communicator and kept all her commitments and promise dates (in my experience, a real rarity). In addition there were thoughtful bonuses like an online folder for the design that included a couple handfuls of additional information about native plants, care, and design. Very nice. The added bonus is Michelle's long standing and trusted relationship with Manuel and Austin Gardners. They delivered the install on time and on budget with a full crew from start to finish. And it looks great. Small details like not burying tree root bulbs, not overmultching, twisting ivies thoughtfully...they did it all. This is just a well run company. Thanks Michelle, Manuel and the rest of the crew!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the line "we'll get back in a few days" is feeling really old.

His quote was very precise on exactly what was going to be purchased, the price, and the labor cost involved down to each plant, which is something the competing quotes were lacking. His team added a walkway going around from our driveway to the pool; excavated a rock wall to reduce the grade so we could get our golf cart around what was a narrow corner; trimmed up trees over and around the pool; added much needed drainage to reduce runoff; built the wall around the pump equipment, added the Zeon Zyosia grass, and did all the landscaping around the pool area. We are extremely happy with the end product and will use them again when our guest/pool house is completed to do the landscaping around it.

They rejuvenated our side yards, completely transformed our backyard, and built a stunning outdoor kitchen for us. We've been struggling for years with tricky elevation and irrigation issues along the sides of our house, and Manuel really understood the problem and offered a great solution. His design was not only practical but also visually stunning. We had a pool put in the backyard by Cody Pools and alone it would not be the paradise that it is! The pool is beautiful, but the landscaping truly created a personal paradise! We can't forget about the outdoor kitchen. They built exactly what we wanted and precisely installed all the appliances. What a dream! His crews showed up each day ready to work hard--they put in long hours with care, efficiency, and professionalism. Every person on the team was skilled, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. If you're looking for someone who combines creativity with technical expertise, Austin Gardeners is the team to call. We're beyond happy with the results!
