We all loved our hair and makeup, and it stayed perfect throughout the entire night, even after we got off the dance floor! We received so many compliments throughout the entire night too! I really appreciate all the personalized details they put into each girl's hair and makeup, and I especially appreciate them for being so accommodating to also fix my cousin's makeup as well - she absolutely loved her look and it means so much to me that you were able to help her at the last minute. They also did makeup for my husband (the groom), and it looked so natural and his skin looked flawless for all the photos. Vivian definitely did magic for me and my cousin and had us looking snatched af. lol I literally wanted to cry but tried to hide back the tears so I didn't ruin her hard work when I saw myself in the mirror. Her work on my hair and make-up LEGIT lasted ALL DAMN DAY so much so that I did not want to take it off before bed at the end of the night and I literally slept with my hair and make-up done and wore my make-up for the next day LOL I told her my vision of my look for the wedding during my bridal trail and she delivered! She took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences, offering expert advice to create a look that perfectly suited my style and wedding theme. The trial session was incredibly helpful, and it gave me full confidence that I would look my best for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Vivian and her team arrived on time, fully prepared, and with a calming presence that eased any pre-wedding jitters. I reached out immediately in mid-August to book her, and she was luckily available! I was ecstatic. I followed up with a question about booking and did not hear back for over a week. That's fine, I get that she's busy. When I finally heard back, I received a long list of items to fill out for a contract. After I sent my contract info, I received an email from her assistant that my info was received and that a contract would be coming soon. I was so excited! It had already been a month since I initially reached out, so I was ready to lock this down. After waiting for TWO MORE WEEKS, I am told that someone else booked my date and thus they could not proceed with my contract. WHAT?! You couldn't have told me that TWO weeks ago after claiming to have received my info?? By this point, it was already October. I was so upset - what a waste of my time! It had already been practically two months since I first contacted her. I decided to reach out again & ask if she had any recommendations for a similar style artist to her, and hoped she would give me suggestions out of good faith after completely wasting my time. It's been almost 3 weeks and no response. In those 3 weeks, I spoke to 5 different artists who responded IMMEDIATELY, and have moved forward with booking & paying, providing my vision, booking bridesmaids, and having all of my questions answered in hours by the artist I booked - a true sign of professionalism. If this is a sneak peek into how working with her will be like on the big day, then maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I'm sure she's a wonderful person but this was so rude & left a horrible taste in my mouth. Seems to be a common issue with her one star reviews too.

I found her Instagram account, and she was very responsive to all of my messages, and I was able to book two appointments with her; a wedding day trial and one for my wedding day. She was very patient and cooperative with me, especially when I wanted a more glittery glam look for the game day compared to my trial run. Even though I didn't book hair for my trial run, Nikki assured me that she would be able to, and I'm very appreciative that I let her for my wedding day; my hair came out beautiful, voluminous, and lasted all day. Lastly, I don't regret booking with Nikki and recommend to anyone looking for any hair and makeup services.

I was incredibly grateful that Elizabeth was absolutely receptive to all feedback post my initial HMU trial, as I felt the shades I originally picked were too light for an evening wedding and she instantly knew how to change it up for the day of! She also took into consideration that I do not regularly wear heavy make up and was able to give me an elevated natural look, that I was absolutely IN LOVE with! Everyone in my bridal party was absolutely happy with their hair and make up. My mom received so many compliments on her hair and was grateful of the advice of hair style from Elizabeth, compared to what her regular hairstylist recommended. Her vibe was super easy going and truly was one of the bridal party as we were chatting and jammin' out to music as we were getting ready! As for my hair and make up, I never felt more like a Disney princess than after seeing my hair and makeup done while in my dress. I was super appreciative of the small touch up kit that she also provides, as I only needed to touch up on lips after 2 hours of photo poses that entailed touching foreheads and kisses! Booking Elizabeth as my wedding hair and make up artist was truly one of the easiest and best decisions I made while wedding planning. Her professionalism and talents truly are worth every cent, and her pricing is SUPER fair compared to other HMU artists around Orange County. I'm grateful I found her, and can't recommend her enough! What impressed me most was that their efficiency never compromised comfort or quality--we never felt rushed. They were also very accommodating with any adjustments we requested.   Everyone in my bridal party was so happy with their hair and makeup. My mother-in-law, who had Amy work on her, told me she's never received so many compliments on her look and was incredibly pleased with the experience.   As for my own look--AMAZING. I've never felt more beautiful! Even better, my hair and makeup lasted flawlessly the entire day without needing any retouch. We took photos under the sun and dealt with sea breeze, dust, and sand, and everything still held up perfectly.   Booking Elizabeth was easily one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. As a thoughtful touch, she even sent me photos and videos of my look the very next day, which I truly appreciated. She is a true professional and exceptional at what she does!
