They have always been pricey, even with their sale prices, always trying to upsell you. My granddaughters designer glasses 1 year old designer glasses had problems with one of the hinges. She is a teenager. They were unable to fix this issue because we didn't purchase their warranty protection! My son in law fixed it. They didn't stand by what they sell. Having a nice looking store with unknowledgeable staff and poo customer service skills is not enough. Word of mouth spreads faster than any advertisement can! COSCO stands behind what they sell, we found Out. All members of our family have moved their business there. In 2023, LensCrafters lost a class action lawsuit in reference to their misleading practices about pricing. Why am I not surprised!

I can't give them a bad rating, because they have repeatedly made me some very functional and comfortable lenses, in about an hour(!), making good on their promises seen in commercials since the beginning of time. HOWEVER: the "beef" I am here to speak of. Well, it involves a pair of frames that I saw a few months back, wanted, but couldn't justify buying (being broke and all). Fast-forward: new job, new glasses needed. The frames? Negatory (at all the stores in my area). I accepted the fact that sometimes styles discontinue and moved on with my life. But then! A flier in the mail, for a *NEW* special offer, lasting until February 7th! What do I see on the flyer but, THEM? Out of maybe four styles featured. Yada, yada, I called around, got someone else to call even *further* (the most helpful staff I have ever encountered, as he went supremely above and beyond, at least 4 stars for that), only to have him tell me: Sorry, there is nowhere *in all of CANADA* where we can find them and send them to you. My question is: WHY would a company advertise- as the basis of their very current campaign!?- a pair of glasses that they cannot sell you???! I found a few businesses and contacted them regarding their price list, as none of them post them on their website. (WHY??!?!?) Another place emailed back to ask me to call them, and Fab Your Life got back to me with the list of prices so I decided to give it a try. Fab Your Life located in the business complex on the northwest corner of Warden and 14th Ave. It a little intimidating when you turn into the lot, roundabouts and everything, but it's quite easy, first right at the roundabout and all the way to the end. When I arrived, I was greeted by their friendly staff. There's a reception desk right by the door and two treatment rooms. The rest of the space is a training studio with weight training equipment and a power cage. They have two registered massage therapists and upon a few visits, I have had the pleasure of being treated by both of them. Their techniques are different, so it really depends on what your needs are. Gen is great especially if you've had an injury. Chantelle is fantastic if you haven't had a massage in a while and your muscles are all sore and tired. Overall, you can't go wrong with either one of them. Trying to get an appointment may be difficult though because they don't have a dedicated person to handle their incoming calls. I've called them many times, it all goes to voicemail, or someone answers but is with a client at that time and cannot check the schedule to see if there are any time slots available. The best would be to email them. Fabian would get back to you within a few hours to half a day. While I really enjoyed their staff and their services, their appointment booking processes are too challenging.

My overall experience with this oral surgery office was quite lovely! I went to get all 4 of my…read morewisdom teeth removed. The receptionist made sure I knew ahead of my appointment that I can't eat or drink anything 8 hours prior to surgery, that I would need to pay up front, and I would need my health card and insurance information to sign all the forms. She also made sure I would NOT be able to drive myself home after, that I would need someone to take me home (my father in this case). I had Dr. John Gay as my oral surgeon and he was an absolute delight! We bonded over being (somewhat) name buddies too--Joy, Gay, same thing right? He was funny and explained everything I needed to know about wisdom teeth removal and after care. Dr. Gay explained different options for wisdom teeth removal, such as only removing 2 right now and 2 later so we could get reimbursed more from insurance (we went with 4 that day anyways). He even patiently explained to my father--a wisdom teeth skeptic--the importance of wisdom teeth removal, the future issues that may occur, and the fact that my wisdom teeth have cavities in them anyways so there's no point in filling them in! The dental assistant who did my panorex, gave me anesthesia, and checked up on me after surgery was super nice. She really knew what she was doing and had a really great positive energy about her! I actually fell asleep a little too soon after getting the oxygen and general anesthesia--it was early in the morning and I went to sleep way too late the night before. They managed to figured out how to get all the other things in my mouth for surgery, so bonus points to them! The surgery itself was super quick, it was only about 30 minutes in total! It was faster than the consultation, filling out forms, and some general waiting. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone thinking to get their wisdom teeth out!

Please be more professional as i am taking the first step towards fighting my fears. They kept stringing me along and making me wait while i needed serious attention/ medication for my ongoing infection. I initially went here because i thought i would be treated genuinely by my vietnamese people WRONG all this place cares about is money. Why am i getting treated like this from my own people? I seen this place come from nothing and now that there's have an aquarium and playstations it seems like they're hungry for more money. As years passes on i also notice the lackluster in customer service and greed. I hope this place changes up on he long run because I definitely did not have a good experience here at all. And i hope anyone who reads this will acknowledge they're better off finding a dentist who works on keeping teeth instead of removing them.

It's not only well decorated but the staff and receptionists make you feel well taken care of and welcomed as well. I have had multiple teeth cleaning appointments and also had two of my wisdom teeth extracted here as well. The nurses and doctors make you feel safe and they treat you very well. This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to and I will continue to come here in the future! I have also attached a few pictures of their amazing lounge and I'll make sure to take a few more pictures of their gorgeous office during my next visit!
