Re: Zoom Teeth Whitening System…read more I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Sera (Certified Dental Assistant), Dr. Peter Ioannidis and the Broadview Dental team for the Zoom Teeth Whitening procedure I had done earlier this week. For a person who generally has anxiety about going to the dentist for any sort of procedure, both Sera and Dr. Peter not only exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, but more importantly patience, throughout the entire process. Sera diligently walked me through all the steps involved in the procedure as well as all the important steps to take after the teeth whitening was complete, which really put my mind at ease. Within the first 24 hours after leaving the clinic, Dr. Peter made a follow up call to see how I was doing and to give me additional suggestions of how I could keep my teeth whiter for years to come, which I really appreciated! The procedure itself, was painless, and after having it done, I can't understand why I didn't do it sooner. My teeth look amazing! To anyone who is thinking about having their teeth whitened, go directly to Broadview Dental Clinic and have it done. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much guys, for the brighter smile!!

The staff is absolutely friendly from the receptionists (Beata is amazing and a good family friend) to the dentist and hygienists (Dr Chan really isn't bad at all, Dr Abassi is just as good). I find they have perfected their efficiency, barely need to wait to begin my appointment and the staff works so fast I almost forget I went that day. The staff seems to remain the same throughout the last 10 years which is very convenient and feels like a reunion every visit. My whole family goes to this dentist and despite us moving 5 times in the last 15 years all over the city, we always remained clients of theirs and don't anticipate to change for a long time. Thank you for such an amazing service.

I had to walk around with a welt that looked like a cold sore afterwards. Dr. Adibfar herself is nice but comes across as phony. 3 things especially bothered me: 1) When she was working on my mouth her hair was down and kept dangling onto my face. 2) She and her assistant kept placing their instruments on my chest as if it was a tray. 3) I experienced a lot of pain and sensitivity following my composite fillings (which I have had before and never had problems), so much so that for 2 weeks I couldn't eat or sleep without the help of NSAIDs and her only explanation was to hand me some free Advil and tell me it would decrease with time. 6 months later I still have sensitivity issues.

Everyone was very courteous and professional from the moment you walk in and throughout the appointment They really took the time necessary to do everything right and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me and my 6yr old Son. The most impressive part of my visit was that they took the time to show the problem areas on my son's tooth x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before.  Great dental experience.
