Tramonti's has been a classic old school NY Italian restaurant and I am glad to say that it still is! They have a good wine list and I had a nice Italian red. I Enjoyed the price fix special available between 5-6 only starting with eggplant rollatini in a delicious marinara sauce followed by pappadelli in meat sauce which was fantastic with a lot of meat ; both dishes were good size portions. But the star of the dinner was the chocolate soufflé . It was perfectly served with fresh crème and garnished with a few berries. Melting chocolate but not too dense. I will be comparing any in the future to Tramonti's. We sat on the enclosed outdoor patio and enjoyed being outside without having people leering at our food. Service was brisk and attentive. The maître d' was welcoming and seated us promptly. It was pricy but definitely worth it.

Still dreaming of the delicious food, Baked clams were amazing, Veal was delicious and the branzino perfectly cooked. The best Restaurant in Delray

Flounder special

Went last night with friends, none have been previously. Delray was hopping, the rest has inside and patio seating, our resv was inside ...so pretty. Sorta like NYC where ur chair is almost with another table too. We shared calamari which was really delish, so tender! I had the price fix, starter of eggplant rollatini nice, I had the picatta type flounder with string beans and potato cake; it was quite good overall but the potato was like a melted cheese ball, I missed the potato. Husb had the linguine w/ clam sauce white; a few clams that were twensy. We shared a cannoli for dessert, nice, fresh and had a partial filling of cream. The server service was ok, kinda spotty, a lil condescending. Overall a nice experience. Not a 3, but not a full 4.

Everything about this place is amazing. From the staff to the food. It's an old school Italian restaurant with the charm and atmosphere to match. A bit of an older crowd but classic in the best of ways.

Beautiful outdoor seating area! I went with a family friend and we both have nothing but good things to say about Tramonti. Highlight of the night was the tiramisu which I highly recommend!

As soon as you open the door to enter the restaurant it is so inviting and elegant. Our server Giorgio was great accommodating funny and eager to make sure all is going well. The spadini is straight out of NYC OUTSTANDING!!!! I have the veal parmigiana also great. The whole table couldn't stop saying wow this is delicious. True Italian food!! Customer for life!

The service here was quick and friendly. We had an outside table so it was nice to take in the Flordia weather as someone who is from New England. Food was delicious, everyone left happy and full

Risotto with black squid ink.

We had a group of sixteen trying to make a reservation, and they were not able to accommodate such large groups. We were understanding, and made two reservations for 8 PM. Sadly, neither table to available at 8 PM, and none were going to open up any time soon. We were able to grab a couple of chairs at the bar and bought some drinks while waiting. Eventually, we saw that a table for six opened up, and went to see if we can have six in our group sit there, and the remaining ten sit at a different table. This was very difficult to explain to the host, but he eventually understood. One of their specials of the day was a black squid ink Risotto, and being that it is one of my favorite dishes, I ordered it. The dish I received was worse than I can make at home, and I would have never served something as bad as this to a guest at my house. As you can see by the clear liquid that it is sitting in, the Risotto was not cooked properly. It was greasy rather than creamy. The black line on the fish is where it was burnt. The fish itself was like chewing rubber, the same for the seafood inside the Risotto. With tax and tip, it was close to $60. With our drinks, it cost my wife and I over $150, for fairly mediocre food and drinks. (Their negroni wasn't any better than we can make at home). Our waitress was great, and that's the only real plus I can give this restaurant. It's not one I plan to return to.

Rigatoni with veal stew at Tranonti

We attended the Art Festival in Delray Beach and read the menu for Tramonti as we passed and thought we'd give it a try. Glad we did, it was outstanding. I ordered the Rigatoni with veal stew. It was delicious! Pasta was al dente, meat was tender, sauce very tasty. My husband had the roasted chicken which he raved about. The other two on our group also had pasta dishes that they liked.

I have nothing bad to say. Literally we were sat immediately when we came in. The waiter staff was so attentive and made sure we were good. The meatball app was 10/10 (the marinara was super flavorful) Bolognese was super fresh. The noodles you can tell were made in house! 9/10 Carbonara was the entree of the night. My husband helped me eat my food lol 10/10 The portions were great.! Also, he never like bread and oil but the oil here was not too overpowering so it was able to be enjoyed. The drinks also were an A+ (they were stiff and worth every dollar)

Chef Suzanne Perrotto opened in 2019 and named the restaurant in honor of Linda Rose, her mother. I have been wanting to go for years, but haven't because they don't accept reservations. Everybody seems to have been here from Michelle Bernstein, Guy Fieri, Raymond, Bruce, Greshka, Bill, Martine, Ariel, Quinetlla ... Everyone but me until today!!! Six of us decided to try going early on a Sunday evening off season. We found street parking around the corner. It's too Florida hot to stand outside in the summer heat. There are tables in front, a covered back patio with fans, large bar with a shared table ... There was an open kitchen with a large pizza oven, murals & shelves with ingredients covering the walls. I absolutely love good homemade pasta so this was a real treat. We waited at the crowded bar for :30 until our table for 6 was available. It was frustrating because diners finished their meal, paid their bill & spent :20 scrolling on their phones. While standing at the bar we enjoyed refreshing fruity sangrias. Our server was efficient and on point. The warm bread with butter and olive oil was crisp & delish. My husband & I shared 3 veal meatballs in a delicious red sauce. Couples shared their caesar & gorgonzola salads. For a main my husband & I shared the spicy lamb shoulder rigatoni. The serving was generous , there was lots of tender lamb, with melt in my mouth rigatoni that was full of flavor. Friends enjoyed their shrimp & linguini, roasted mushroom pappardelle & linguini & clams. Our pistachio chocolate mouse cake with white & dark chocolate, flourless chocolate cake, pistachio chocolate & pistachio gelato was absolutely amazing!!!

The dip and the cheese with dumplings was so delish! The bread is very good. I had the special pizza of the night, it was good but the crust was soggy. My daughter had the pasta special which was cheese ravioli with lamb shank. She said it was excellent. My husband had the veal meatballs, he said they were just ok, kind of dry and don't hold a candle to mine. Caesar salad was good but missing the shaved Parmesan. It was not a top tier salad. The romaine was good. The service was great, the olive oil phenomenal! The food was above average.

Let's start off with the service- we sat at the bar. As he was nice enough, the bartender was extremely unprofessional. Never asked us if we wanted anything. We had to keep asking him for drinks, etc. He was in his phone the entire time and paid minimal attention to us. Did not even ask us if we wanted dessert. But he had his dessert he showed up at the bar with a banana that he began to peel and eat drift there at the bar. I was speechless. It seems ask the staff are allowed to be on their phone on the for in front of customers. To me that is NOT a fine dining experience. Let's talk food- the bread was average. It came with no butter or oven olive oil. The tomatoes and mozzarella appetizer had absolutely no flavor and the tomatoes were not even ripe. The gnocchi was probably the worst I have ever had. Starchy with a strange bitter flavor. I could not even finish it so I brought it home. The next day I threw it out. My friend ordered the lentil soup. That was tasty. To make it so worse the restaurant was empty with the exception of a party of about 10 people. Not 1 worker said goodbye when we were leaving. I never post long reviews, but this place got me so annoyed with the lack of professionalism.

We started with Crispy Brussel Sprouts as an appetizer, followed by a small Margherita pizza. For our entrees, we ordered the wild mushroom ravioli and the shrimp truffle risotto. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 are related to the outdoor dining experience. When our waters were refilled, there wasn't any fresh ice added, so it was essentially just melted ice water. I personally enjoy a nice cold glass of ice water, so that was a little disappointing. Also, there were quite a few flies and bugs around the patio area. It would be great if the restaurant added citronella candles or small table-top fly repellents to make outdoor dining more enjoyable and comfortable for guests. Going in, the restaurant was jumping as there was a 30 minute wait. But since the weather was nice; we opted in for outside seating and got our table right away. For dinner we ordered 1x Small Chicken Parm with penne and marinara, 2x caesar salads *which come with the entrees*, 1x cajun scottish salmon and angel hair with creamy shrimp scampi sauce for my pastability, and 1x chocolate lasagna. Moving on with my review; we felt both the service and food last night was good! The caesar salad had fresh greens, cheese crisps instead of croutons, and overall nice flavor! However, it honestly could've use more dressing. The bread was without a doubt amazing! Its simply crusty bread dipped in oil and dusted with an addictive blend of seasoning! The small chicken parm came with a tender breaded cutlet, nicely bubbled cheese crust on top, and just right amout of sauce. While I enjoyed the al dente chew on the penne, the sauce was a little acidic for my liking. Whereas for the Scottish salmon; it had a faint cajun kick, but the fish itself was flakely and soft. The creamy scampi sauce was perfect as it wasn't too heavy and you could really taste the white wine and aromatics! The chocolate lasagna looked intimidating, given its size, but it was surprisingly light as well. We enjoyed the fluffiness of the whipped mascrapone filling balanced by the rich dark chocolate ganache on top! Moreover, our server was very friendly and attentive. To wrap things up, we were glad that we decided to come to Agliolios and would give our experience 4/5 stars!
