Larry Herring , the branch manager, took care of my friend's investments for many years. Based on the quality of service he always gave her, it's a natural choice for me to make. I now happen to be in a position to need someone who does Mr. Herring's kind of work. I came to Mr. Herring with a few situations to be resolved. There were actually some financial things I should have dealt with before this. I dreaded having to do this or I would have before. Without going into particulars, Larry made one phone call to to handle the most pressing matter. Was I pleasantly surprised...shocked would be more like it! He's handling everything for me now. To someone like me who is such a novice about these things, that is great. I have no complaints! I walked out understanding what had been done. When it comes to one's finances that certainly is how you wish to feel. Based on my experience I can comfortably recommend Larry Herring's service. I think you could count on the same kind of service if you are well versed in the field.

Great reviews & he & his team did not disappoint. I was going through Wells, what a horrible experience. I have been a customer of theirs for 25 yrs. & I am in the industry & hated the experience with them. Continually asking for documents I already provided. They kept asking for more. I asked to speak to a supervisor, never happened. So I wanted something/someone else. My experience with Homestreet has been exceptional, & flawless. Less than a month from start to finish, great work all around. Good communication as well. Top notch!! Thank you, thank you!! Someone who delivers, refreshing!

That is certainly what I would like to know when selecting a company and/or representative (preferably; prior to choosing to do business with them). I've known Steve Howard as a personal friend and a business associate for over 25 years now. Steve is an extremely seasoned mortgage veteran who is highly regarded by co-workers, vendors, banks, investors, and most importantly; by his customers. You will not find a more competent, honest, detailed, fair, and caring mortgage banker than Steve. In my career in the the mortgage and real estate industries, I've worked with hundreds of Loan Officers and Brokers. I can honestly say that Steve is hands down the person I trust the most and who I always go to with questions, concerns, or any need for help. Steve is truly a remarkable fiduciary, who is always ready to lobby for his clients' best interests.

You will be blamed for their accounting blunders and hear "What are you talking about? You're getting me all confused talking to you." "I don't know what your life is. I think you're missing the whole point. That's not my fault. I don't know how much you're going to make. I went off of what you said. I don't know what your contract is going to be." I took notes as fast as my fingers would write these words of deflection and blame. If there was a question, their office did not bother making a quick call for clarification, they just blamed me for their incompetence. I hired them for their alleged professionalism and alleged experience, but keep looking for more competent people to work with. Don't waste your money waiting a month to pay high prices and end up in a really bad place after learning of their ineptitude and clumsiness and blatant incompetence. If you hire this company, they will treat you like you're far below their level, when in fact they will take you far off the mark with their arrogance and inabilities. Then they will have their hand out for big money when you pick up your return far later than necessary.
