NACA has been a godsend to me through my lending process for my first home. I was initially…read moreapproved through a traditional lender for both FHA and USDA loans. In my process of sourcing more details about the nuances for a USDA loan, I found reference to NACA on a social media site. Their mortgage process sounded almost too good to be true. No down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance, and a lower interest rate than the current market? It was beyond what I was hoping for and, although I'd heard it can be long and tedious, I could see the worth. I started my application on 4/27/2025, completed the education process over the following weekend and was able to get an intake appointment scheduled for 5/9/2025.
