Thanks to the incredible team at ProPT, I'm now much stronger, in little to no pain, and back to weight lifting, daily walks, and workouts that I truly enjoy again. One thing I really appreciate about ProPT is that they don't take shortcuts. This is not a place where you show up, get a quick treatment, and leave in 30 minutes. They take the time to teach you proper movements and exercises, explain the "why" behind them, and make sure you're doing them correctly. You absolutely have to put in the work to get better--but that's exactly why it works. Because of the right movements and targeted exercises to strengthen my muscles, I walked away not just with less pain, but with a stronger, more resilient body and a much better understanding of how to move safely and confidently. A special thank you to John, Gaia, Joe, Jacob, and Claire, who were all fantastic to work with. Their expertise, patience, and encouragement made a huge difference in my recovery. I am so glad I found Phil at Biofix Physical Therapy and Fitness in Lake Forest! I cannot say enough good things about Phil, who is also the owner. Unlike many clinics with a large staff of rotating therapists, Phil is the sole PT at Biofix (often assisted by a great intern). That means I get to work with him directly for the entire duration of my appointment. Phil is extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and caring, with an excellent bedside manner.
