    Really bad customer service at this place. My wife and I went in there ready to buy and we put…read moredown an offer. We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

    Edited to add- not only did they not honor our appt (see below) but the work they did led to a…read moremajor water leak in our motorhome around the washing machine. As soon as you turn on the water pump, water sprays everywhere. Since they are closed on Sunday and Monday, we will not have access to any water for at least 3 days. Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability in the Service Department We scheduled an appointment a month in advance and dropped off our motorhome at 8:30 AM on the day of our appointment, specifically requesting a price quote before any work began. By 3:30 PM, we still hadn't received any updates, so we called--only to find out they hadn't even pulled it in to look at yet. My husband had to push hard and even go up there the next day just to get things moving. After speaking with the GM, we finally received pricing information in the afternoon of the second day. They assured us the work would be done by noon the following day. The most frustrating part? The actual work took less than a day. If they had honored our appointment, we wouldn't have been forced to spend extra money on an Airbnb while waiting. To top it off, when we picked it up, no one offered any apology or attempt to make things right. We really felt a lack of respect for our time and money.

Doing the walk around and inspection before I took it off the lot, was not hooked up to electricity or sewer. We ran all the water and couldn't test anything else. I told the gentleman it was a lot of trust to take it off the lot, not knowing if everything worked and he said they could be trusted because they wouldn't still be in business if they sold things that didn't work. What a joke. I moved in and the refrigerator and TV breaker won't work so I have to run extension cords to run either. The shower leaks and filled my under storage with water. My washer leaks and my toilet leaked. The worst part is that the seal on my slide out leaked and filled my bed with water during the first rain storm after I got it home. I did not call to complain, they called me and asked me if I was satisfied, and I told them everything that was wrong with this trailer. The salesman said they would do everything they could to help me and would have their service manager call. She called and said they would do nothing for me. I didn't purchase a warranty because I assumed everything would be working at least when I pulled it off the lot. They wouldn't run diagnostics for me even at a discount. They want my money to fix it, but they do not stand by their product. They said that this unit passed inspection and asked me if I wanted to schedule service. If their service department passed this trailer through inspection, I don't want them anywhere near this trailer again. They cannot be trusted!

    I made the long drive out to Mattas Marine & RV to check out a Lance truck camper. I wanted to sit…read morein a 960 to get a feel for its size. I wanted to sit on the couch, bring up the specs on my phone, and walk around the space, dreaming about what it would be like to use the space. I did not want the pressure of a salesmen sitting there staring at me, asking me questions(which is exactly what he started off with asking about my truck). When I was asked to be left alone with my wife, I was told, "it's a $90,000 camper, no". I almost drop this much cash on a similar camper last week but needed to feel more sure. These campers depreciate fast. If they had a camper I was sure I liked, I'd come to them and ask questions and see if we could work out a deal. Instead, I'll never come to this place again. The salesman showed a lack of respect. Every other RV place I have ever been to has been very accommodating in checking out the RV's in peace. Maybe he made a judgement on me because I drove up in a Tesla? I'm not sure. This is the first time I ever had a salesmen not allow us to be alone in a RV with my wife to discuss the space and its uses. My wife is very unsure about such a small space, and I feel the need to show her what I like about the trade offs...without a 3rd parting stairing at us. So, just know that this place will not let you check out their stock without a chaperone. I guess it's like a sports car dealership asking you not to sit in the car. This place will not get any of my money willingly. Neither will Lance now by proxy.
