We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

Can't really recommend any deal with a consignment dealer that is 'professional' enough to call their clients dropping f-bomb's. There are lots of choices to buy and sell an RV. I'd look elsewhere.

Just wanted to thank Brian and the crew for taking care of my issue recently…read more Long story short...my truck was stolen (got it back minus 4 catalytic converters, radio, bottle jack, etc.) and the thieves took my ball mount/ball. I am not in Colorado, but our trailer IS and we were headed to the beautiful middle of nowhere (aahhh). So I needed to coordinate with The Spring Works for the proper timing of our appointment and the correct parts since we only had one day to get this done. I must have called Brian five or six times (or more) just being nervous about things going smoothly. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that it would be done right. I was told that they would start looking for parts, but how would they know what parts need to be replaced if they have not been able to troubleshoot the problem I say call somebody else or take it to the dealership.

Warren climbed up on the roof and claimed he found a hole that he could stick his knife in. Him and Wade proceeded to tape the hole, and all possible places water could drip inside the motorhome. Also had Warren look at my Aqua Hot system as one of the Zones had quit heating. He diagnosed the problem and said was a bad connecter. Well, we are now in Arkansas and had a rainstorm last night and had over a gallon of water inside the Motorhome. Turns out connector on the Aqua Hot system was not faulty but was charged $370 for the repair. Total bill for them to come to my location and fix nothing came to $1095.82. I spent a few grand having a good body shop go completely over my truck and take care of anything…read morethey found. Replaced the entire bedside, tailgate, and re-paint most of the truck. The top of the cab was original paint and had zero damage or paint defects. After paint, took it to Line-X and told Frank I wanted the cab top and lower belt-line sprayed for protection. 6 months later I noticed the top of the cab peeling back on the edge. Investigation revealed I now had rapid developing damage under the Line-X. No edge seal, no adhesion, and not even wiped down before sprayed. Took it back to Frank who informed me that mine was not the first one he's had come back. Claimed that , due to COVID, he has had trouble getting product so I would have to wait to get it fixed. Meanwhile he has plenty of product to keep spraying new customers, seemingly every day. It's been over a month and still not stepping-up. I have cut out all the damage, treated all the rust and re-primed the area at my expense. All I wanted was Frank to do was the, minimal, right thing and re-spray and seal what he missed. Guess that's asking to much....
