First, I need you to have the part that I need in stock, preferably that day. Secondly, I need to get me through the checkout process in a reasonable timeframe, preferably quickly. I was assured that the oil I purchased had a rebate to go with it but was never given the rebate form. When I have returned to try to get products off-the-shelf they never seem to be in stock. I've also had other experiences where I've had to wait in line for extended periods of time. It seems as though the store is understaffed and the staff is undertrained.
