They also responded to my Yelp project request very quickly. They completed the work on time (even a day early), the team was courteous and professional, and the quality of their work is great. They listened to direction well, and corrected any issues that arose (they put back a light fixture in the wrong place and moved it after we pointed it out). I feel they knew what they were doing and the best products to use. They covered our flooring and elements that were not getting painted to prevent damage and I can't find any paint spills or smudges anywhere. Our project also involved a lot of wallpaper removal. I was nervous about this because if the wallpaper is not removed correctly the wall can be damaged or leftover wallpaper glue can cause the new paint not to adhere correctly. But it seems they did a great job with that part too. They communicated well with us via text. We weren't able to check on the project in person every day so they sent photos and details on progress. I plan to use them again for additional painting projects.

Absolute best business to deal with! We are located in California and have three homes in the North…read moreCarolina area we have used Savage painting for. One home was destroyed after a tenant moved out and of course they left some nice colorful painted walls for us to repair. Shawn took the job and came in within budget, the repairs and excellent paint work allowed us to sell the home within 1 week. The new owner commented about the quality of work on the home and how great the colors looked. Second house is my fathers, due to his age and limitations his home, specifically a large deck outside, had become covered in slick moss/algae looking "stuff." Again Savage Painting came when we called and pressure washed and re stained the deck leaving a safe environment for my father to go back outside without fear of falling. Third home in Concord. After calling for other bids (I had no idea Savage was so close to this home and I originally thought it would be out of their area) I called up Shawn and asked if he could help me on a home in Concord. Shawn immediately let me know he would help and headed over within two days to draw up the bid. I should mention this home was left to me by a man that was a second father to me and a mentor. My emotions are pretty high when dealing with this home as I didn't want to change a lot. However, 20 years of smoke damage from smoking in the home, roof leaks and staining etc. demanded that we take action. Shawn gave us a great competitive bid and his attention to detail is impeccable. I am proud to have a company I consider my go to for all painting and drywall repair needs. Thank you Shawn and Deb for all of your help, attention to detail, understanding, and ability to stay within budget!

Craftwork was great to work with. We closed on a relatively new house and wanted the entire…read moreinterior painted since it was builder-grade flat paint that would easily show marks. We got quotes from a few others about 5 days before closing and wanted them to start right after since house would be empty. After initially putting in the quote request, I got a call from them and we went over the entire process for our project. They looked the house up through real estate photos and were able to give a quote for each room. Their overall quote came in below the others, and they were able to rearrange their schedule to start the day after we closed. The process for picking the areas to paint, and color/finish was easy. While most of the process was done through their online portal, I spoke and texted with them multiple times throughout the project - asking lots of questions. Their customer service was excellent. The painters took their time with our house and the results showed. We had all the walls and trim done and for a 4k sq ft house took them about little over a week, which we were totally fine with. They kept us up to date on the project every day. We visited throughout and saw how good they were at keeping the floors, cabinets, and other items covered for paint splatter. We had a final, in-person walkthrough scheduled, but we had something come up on our end, so we went around the house and took pictures of areas that needed touch ups. As expected with such a large project, there were a few areas that needed to be touched up, and they were most accommodating, sending someone out the next day to take care of all of the areas we pointed out. We are very happy with our experience with craftwork and highly recommend them.
