I am in the process of renovating my home and I wanted to have the ceilings redone because they were in bad condition. The ceiling tiles have become droopy over the years and unsightly. I researched many companies and I got their estimates to do the job.
When he came to my home, he did an inspection, took measurements and answered all of my questions. He was forthright and told me his price and I was pleased based on other quotes I got and the work his company would do. He explained the entire process to me. When I was finally ready to have the work done he came out again to make sure his measurements were right and to confirm the work to be done.
His crew came out quickly and got to work in no time. Since I'm renovating the house, I happened to stop by one day and saw the workers being meticulous, professional and very productive. I was impressed to see how they made it look effortless. Oscar was always in communication with me during the job and his main concern was me being pleased with the progress and the work.
There was a slight mistake and when I spoke to Oscar, he immediately had a worker come out within the hour to fix it. Needless to say again that I was impressed and I'm a perfectionist. Overall, I made the right choice and Oscar was the best decision and contractor for my job. He believes in customer satisfaction, being reasonable priced, honest and prompt. read more
