It's rare when a CEO stops a business event to acknowledge joy -- and silliness. But Dan Martin did…read morejust that. At a time when everything feels rushed and transactional, Dan paused to honor a moment that was human, light-hearted, and full of soul. That's leadership that sees people, not just numbers. And it didn't stop there. Tyler Baker -- one of the kindest souls I've met -- answered my request for accessible seating with heart. No hoops. No hassle. Just a simple "Yes, we can help." That yes became an open door. Not just for me, but for everyone I brought with me. Thanks to their group sales system and built-in discounts, I was able to secure club-level seats and make sure no one was left out. Because here's the truth: premium doesn't have to be exclusive. When we move together, invest in joy, and fill these stadiums with love -- we all win. What I witnessed that day was the slow, beautiful humanizing of a football experience. One decision at a time. One joyful disruption at a time. And that? That's what community is supposed to feel like. #BirminghamStallions #JoyfulLeadership #CommunitySeatsUsAll #PackTheStadiumWithLove #AccessibleJoy #PremiumTogether

I was skeptical about another professional football league happening, the previous attempts have…read morebeen disappointing, to be kind, but it appears they've got a lot right. I watched the first 2022 game and rather enjoyed it. Our regional Alabama football team is the Birmingham Stallions, they're one of the eight members of the United States Football League (USFL). I was curious why they're called Stallions and apparently the main reason is because the team's owner,Marvin Warner, breeds and races thoroughbred horses at two farms in Kentucky, and the Stallions cheerleaders are called the Fillies. The 2022 USFL season was their inaugural season, and the first season of a league using that name since 1985. The season began on April 16 and concluded on July 3. All 8 teams in the league play their games at Protective Stadium and Legion Field, both located in Birmingham. However the championship game took place at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio. Speaking of champs, the Stallions' 2022 record was 9-1, in the playoffs they won the division finals (vs. New Orleans Breakers) 31-17, then won USFL Championship (at Philadelphia Stars) 33-30. Way to go Stallions! Bottom line: You'll always catch me watching NFL football as long as my New England Patriots are playing, but I am now enjoying football in the spring with the Stallions, too! https://facebook.com/USFLStallions/ https://www.theusfl.com/birmingham-stallions-team
