My hubby decided to treat myself and our kids to a Birmingham Barons game a couple days ago. It was our kids first time going and they really enjoyed it! Let me go ahead and get the not so great things out of the way. We decided to buy our tickets at the box office. The lady who helped us was either new or just did not know what she was doing, but we were patient. She finally had someone assist her when she realized it was taking her quite some time to ring up 4 tickets. The woman who assisted her rang up our 4 tickets. When I looked at the tickets, I noticed they charged us for 4 adult tickets instead of 2 adult tickets and 2 kid tickets. We immediately brought it to their attention and it took almost 15 minutes for them to correct this error. They definitely need a better refund process. Anyhow, getting into the game was relatively easy and we had a good experience from there on out. There are multiple food options that are not too expensive, but definitely higher than what you'd pay on average outside of the stadium. For a family of 4, you'll probably spend at least $50 on food and non-alcoholic drinks. When I went to the game on Friday, I went to the restroom for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restroom area. For us buying tickets the day of the game, we were still able to get decent seats. Also, there was a fireworks show after the game, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a great family outing and we'll definitely be go to another Baron's game soon!

This place is so much fun. The staff there is so good at helping you get where you need. The only thing I wish is that they would have a line just for water and coke. The line for beer and spirits is the same line as water , it just takes so long to get a bottle of just water , but other than that it is just a beautiful field. Bathrooms were very clean , ladies are cleaning them continually while we were there. Such a great place to have in our beautiful city.

Regions Field is a great venue. Personally I find Baseball on TV slightly boring. However watching Barons Baseball at Regions Field is a good place to hang out with friends and have some dogs and beer. I also love the lack of timeouts for advertising so the game moves along at a good speed. We went on a sunny day with a cool breeze and sat on first base. They also have an area on the side with seating under trees and an old AirStream trailer outfitted to serve craft beer and cocktails.

We went with a church group one Saturday evening and had a great time. It was not too hot. We sat behind home plate and I do not know that I have never done that. My wife caught a ball with her nachos. Very nice atmosphere for families. Everyone in Birmingham should support the barons.

If you live in Birmingham or are just passing through you should get to a game. The barons play at regions field voted the best minor league stadium in the country a couple years running your guaranteed to be comfortable. The tickets are inexpensive, general admission is only $7, how good is that!! There are plenty of food and drink options at standard minor league prices. They have great promotions such as 50 cent hotdog night and thirst Thursday's where the beers are $2 a piece. Come on down and support your local team!

It's rare when a CEO stops a business event to acknowledge joy -- and silliness. But Dan Martin did…read morejust that. At a time when everything feels rushed and transactional, Dan paused to honor a moment that was human, light-hearted, and full of soul. That's leadership that sees people, not just numbers. And it didn't stop there. Tyler Baker -- one of the kindest souls I've met -- answered my request for accessible seating with heart. No hoops. No hassle. Just a simple "Yes, we can help." That yes became an open door. Not just for me, but for everyone I brought with me. Thanks to their group sales system and built-in discounts, I was able to secure club-level seats and make sure no one was left out. Because here's the truth: premium doesn't have to be exclusive. When we move together, invest in joy, and fill these stadiums with love -- we all win. What I witnessed that day was the slow, beautiful humanizing of a football experience. One decision at a time. One joyful disruption at a time. And that? That's what community is supposed to feel like. #BirminghamStallions #JoyfulLeadership #CommunitySeatsUsAll #PackTheStadiumWithLove #AccessibleJoy #PremiumTogether

I was skeptical about another professional football league happening, the previous attempts have…read morebeen disappointing, to be kind, but it appears they've got a lot right. I watched the first 2022 game and rather enjoyed it. Our regional Alabama football team is the Birmingham Stallions, they're one of the eight members of the United States Football League (USFL). I was curious why they're called Stallions and apparently the main reason is because the team's owner,Marvin Warner, breeds and races thoroughbred horses at two farms in Kentucky, and the Stallions cheerleaders are called the Fillies. The 2022 USFL season was their inaugural season, and the first season of a league using that name since 1985. The season began on April 16 and concluded on July 3. All 8 teams in the league play their games at Protective Stadium and Legion Field, both located in Birmingham. However the championship game took place at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio. Speaking of champs, the Stallions' 2022 record was 9-1, in the playoffs they won the division finals (vs. New Orleans Breakers) 31-17, then won USFL Championship (at Philadelphia Stars) 33-30. Way to go Stallions! Bottom line: You'll always catch me watching NFL football as long as my New England Patriots are playing, but I am now enjoying football in the spring with the Stallions, too! https://facebook.com/USFLStallions/ https://www.theusfl.com/birmingham-stallions-team
