I was so upset because I saw the police car there parked right in front me as I was approaching the stop sign, so when I saw lights behind me I didn't know why. I was furious! I got home, determined to fight this! I have never fought a ticket before, the 2 times I got a speeding ticket, I knew I was speeding, I just took the course and paid the fine. But no way I was doing that for something I knew I wasn't guilty of!!! After scouring the internet and contacting a few ticket defense attorneys by email, Harry Hausman was the first to respond. He was straight forward and didn't make any promises of dismissal although he had a great track record of dismissals. I thanked him for getting back to me so promptly and that I wanted to shop around a little before hastily hiring the first person who called me as I had just gotten the ticket only 3 hours earlier. Well I spoke to a few others and I felt like just another case. I decided Mr. Hausman was the way to go but Unfortunately funds were low and I had to pay important bills first.
