After our meeting it was apparent that I was already financially strapped and I would not be able to afford her services past our initial meeting. Nancy was kind enough to help me navigate the legalese and bureaucracy of our legal system for one very reasonable flat fee! Although there was a lot of work on my part regarding how things worked and navigating Legal Aid, she was there to set my mind at ease, guide me and assure me I was on the right path. I highly recommend Nancy not only because of the many titles she holds, but because of her compassion in dealing with matters that are extremely raw and personal!

I hired Nancy Brodzki expecting experienced, professional representation during a very important…read moretime in my life. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling unprotected and misled. Nancy originally quoted me one amount, but in the end, I was charged more than double--and she blamed the increase on my previous attorney. Communication was poor throughout. I constantly had to chase her down for updates, and serious concerns--like my pension and life insurance--were ignored. She also failed to advocate for fair and consistent alimony payments, leaving me financially unstable and vulnerable. One of the most devastating oversights was her failure to secure a life insurance policy to protect my alimony. As a stay-at-home mom for 24 years, alimony is the majority of my income, and without that protection, if something happens to my ex, I'm left with nothing. To make matters worse, when my ex-husband said he wanted to retire in 10 years and that the pension would then replace my alimony, I was never advised that this meant the pension was tied to his retirement. Nancy never explained the long-term impact of that arrangement or pushed for continued alimony until that time. Now, in 10 years, I'll have no income. That should have been caught and addressed by any attorney truly looking out for their client. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility or correcting her mistakes, Nancy dropped me as a client and left me to pick up the pieces alone. An attorney should protect you, fight for your future, and ensure your rights are secure. Nancy Brodzki did none of that. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Not only is Cindy, Vicki, and Jaclyn a pleasure to work with, but they all genuinely care about you as a client and have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Most lawyers are very transactional, not with Cindy. If you're looking for someone with the expertise, the technical chops, someone who operates with high integrity, the embodiment of professionalism, and overall someone you can trust to champion for you in one of the darkest times of your life, you better call Cindy Vova and don't bother looking elsewhere. Not only will Cindy get the job done, but she'll get the job done right, and done right properly, no shortcuts, and she will educate and empower you along the way. She is not shy with offering real perspectives and is very transparent with expectation setting. I have never met anyone who works as hard, as diligently, as strategic as Cindy, and she is the best person to have on your side when things are not so great. She will guide you through the intricate workings of the legal system and her brain is one of the most powerful ones I've ever encountered. Cindy's prowess and command of the legal ecosystem is incredible. She anticipates moves that are 10 steps ahead and the saying "Playing chess not checkers" is personified with Cindy. My high praise, and immense gratitude falls short because what Cindy has done for me and my family have been monumental. She's humble and won't toot her horn as much, but my goodness, if you ever find yourself in a sticky situation, call Cindy right away. And I'd also like to extend my warmest wishes and gratitude to both Vicki and Jaclyn. Since the first day I called to inquire, Vicki has set the right tone and trajectory of the kind of legal representation I was looking for. Vicki asked all the right questions, made me feel at ease, and I didn't know how someone could establish trust so quickly especially prior to meeting in person, but Vicki earned my trust that day. I have enjoyed working with Jaclyn and her strategic mentality. She helped me understand the nuances of legal procedure, helped me comprehend the intricate details and steps of what's to happen next. She made me comfortable with the things I was not familiar with, educated me, and for that, I am eternally grateful. All three - Cindy, Vicki, and Jaclyn have always returned phone calls promptly, responded to my emails even late at night, through the weekends, and for something so emotionally taxing that I was going through, they always found the time to share valuable insights, make astute recommendations, and always had my back (and sides and front). They are simply the best in the business.
