There are plenty of "ticket clinics" but I saw some great reviews for the Traffic Ticket Team and decided to give them a call. I paid an initial $80 or $90 (I don't remember, but it was under $100) to the firm and they said they would contact me if they needed further information or once the case was seen in court. They did let me know that there was no guarantee in the case, which is completely understandable, and based on past driving history. (For context, I had no tickets on my record in the past 4 years. My ticket stated the fine to plead guilty was $350+. Also, in the state of Florida if you fight the ticket and are found guilty of driving over 90 mph, your fine may reach up to $1,000. In addition, some judges will suspend your license, plus points, driving school, etc.) About a month after receiving the ticket, I received an email stating that the judge had ruled very favorably in my case, and I had to pay a $231 fine to the city I received the ticket. I was NOT convicted of the violation, did NOT receive any points on my driver's license, and I was NOT ordered to attend driving school. This means there was NO conviction or points assessed to my drivers license record. In addition, the fine I paid to WPB was less than the ticket originally stated. THANK YOU, Jason Diamond, Esq.
