Long story short I was given unreasonable tickets in areas where there isn't even street signs. Incorporated streets. They helped me and kept their word. read more

Very professional and i was happy with results. I highly recommend and would use again

They got my 2nd ticket on the same area/ speed trap school zone dismissed, which i didn't expect. If it cost one a bit more I think is best to fight these kinds of tickets which are nothing but a fund raising campaign by these financially out of control spenders in local governments, a further way of digging into our pockets for their own benefits and future pension; benefits and pensions regular folks, like me will never have! Thank ticket Wizard! read more

I had to use you guys twice. My first ticket you helped not get points but I had to pay the ticket. My second one you got dismissed which I'm so grateful because I'm barely able to pay the first one. I really appreciate your help with these. read more

AVOID this firm. In October they gave me a ticket that the police never reported to the court, that is, THERE WAS NO TICKET. In April I called because the ticket still did not appear in Court, to get my money back, they told me that I had to wait 2 more months. Today I receive a letter from them letting me know that my ticket was dismissed. I call them to let them know that was not true. THE TICKET NEVER EXISTED IN COURT. They left me on HOLD for 3 minutes and when they returned they said that they had to file a MOTION. THEY BRAZENLY STOLE MY MONEY. Don't waste your time and money with them. read more

I thank God and Ticket Wizard for helping me get two traffic violations--which I committed at the exact same time--dismissed. As a result, no points were added to my license, so my car insurance rates won't go up; and not only that, but I didn't have to pay the fines either. Thank you, Ticket Wizard! read more

Hello, I was driving in my neighborhood going to work early august 2023 when i was pulled over for running a stop sign. The police officer on a motorcycle was harrassing neighbors for a few weeks I did not believe i had ran the stop sign. Originally the fine was $165 and the pretrial on zoom wanted to settle for $140. That is when I contacted Ticket Wizard. Kevin Unger called me the night before the trial date and said I did not need to come to court. The next day, he called and said the ticket was dismissed. the legal fee was less than the revised ticket and the state got $0 so it was a benefit. You should ALWAYS fight tickets so that it is more costly for the state to set up these erronious traps to enrich the county coffers. read more

Ticket Wizard - Hiding in bushes camoflagued - Criminal Defense Law Near Me - Margate, Florida

Please AVOID this firm at all costs. Carla Roberts especially... Her assistant over the phone was more professional. They do the minimal amount and expect you as a client to do everything else. I paid $1750 for a criminal case which was due to my license being suspended because my car which had been repossessed due to not being able to afford insurance in this state anymore. Long story short I did the court appointed 12 hour driver school with almost an extra $700 still to pay out and because they have horrid communication. They claimed to have contacted me twice about it (it was only once) checked all my voicemails. iPhones save everything. I HAD TO TURN IT IN. Now I'm facing a $900 dollar fee to reinstate my license...Go to Ticket Clinic or David Paz if he's still doing traffic cases. They took care of everything for me. I'll never be using this law firm again. read more

Court cost and cost of hiring this firm cost me more than just paying the ticket and doing a driving school. Waste of my money. I never spoke to any attorney to express concerns of the officer giving me the ticket. They went to court without any communication with me. Don't waste your time and money with them. read more

This office answered their phone every time I called, was polite and informative and took care of what could have been a $355 ticket (plus points) without me having to do anything. THANK YOU YELP for helping me find this attorney! I hired U&K after getting a mandatory court hearing due to speeding. From the very first phone call all of my concerns were eased. This was my first time hiring a traffic attorney so I was skeptical and nervous. They made the process SO easy. Within 5-10 minutes I was able to hire them, pay their affordable fee, and had the contract in my email ready for me to sign. The day of my court hearing which was via zoom due to COVID I was super nervous. My attendance was not necessary which was awesome. 1 week after my court hearing I had wonderful results in my email. They were able to avoid me getting any points on my license OR attend driving school. I only had to pay a very small court fee. I am so happy! I hope to never have to use their services again BUT if I do I am confident in their ability to come through for me again. Totally recommend! read more

You decide I received a ticket in a school zone for 29 in a 20. It was my first ticket in 14 years. Fee listed on the ticket was $156. Unger & Kowitt was recommended by a friend so I tried it out. $89 fee and and they went to court for me. They reduced it from $156 to $131 with no points or traffic school. So all in with fees and service changes I paid $224. I wasn't expecting a miracle but it hardly seems worth it. I could have paid for the ticket and traffic school for much less. When I called in a woman told me it was very good considering it was a school zone. Really? $25 less for the court is really good? I know it's a business and I don't think they wronged me. However, just know in some cases it might be better to just pay the ticket and traffic school. read more

I had Unger and Kowitt represent me three times over the last five years. All three times they were able to help me avoid getting points on my drivers record. Two of the three times they were successful in getting the judge to dismiss the ticket. I'm very satisfied with their success rate. The one thing to keep in mind is to be patient with them getting back to your inquiries. They are very busy. You just need to be patient. read more

I'm not going to mince words here, i've had a lot of speeding tickets, some I deserved, some I didn't, but when you have this many it becomes almost impossible to get off, but somehow Kevin Unger pulled it off, despite my record, no points, no driving school, no ticket cost! Ive tried other law firms and did't get half as good results as with Kevin. he's worth his weight in gold! if you have a speeding ticket, it's simple, go to Unger and Kowitt and have them take care of it for you. I wouldn't try anyone else read more

I got a ticket going 9 mph over the speed limit. The ticket was $131 to pay. I got one of their letters and called them. The receptionist promised me the world and said they were so confident there is even a money back guarantee if they were unsuccessful which was a slim chance. So I gave them my $70 and waited. Eventually, I got a letter saying I was found guilty and would be getting points on my license. Even worse, There was a fine of $506. So now by hiring them this ticket went from costing $131 to just pay it to costing $506 plus I had to pay these lawyers $70 to make that fine grow almost 4x. I could've even paid $30 to go to traffic school and not gotten the points. So I know what your thinking, "Didn't you get your fee back at least?" Nope. I called and spoke to Kevin Unger and this guy was like talking to a excuse machine. If he would've fought my ticket nearly as hard as he was clinging on to my $70 I probably wouldn't be writing this. He said some nonsense that I had previous tickets and rambling about technicalities that pretty much make their guarantee not actually apply to anyone. My time was obviously worth more than his as I conceded and let him keep his fee that he 'earned'. Anyone with a couple hours of free time can go to court and get any ticket adjudicated or plead to reduce the penalty. If you are going to hire someone to go do it for you I would definitely recommend you not use these guys. If you got a ticket then you will get plenty of flyers in the mail and there are more than enough other lawyers to choose from. read more
