I have used this company for 2 tickets, both speeding. Of course, I was in a hurry both times for different reasons. I didn't think the first ticket was going so well. I didn't think we had communication, when I called and complained. Lisa, in the office forwarded another email she'd already sent in this regard, however, I never saw it. I'm generally a good driver, but sometimes I have my slip ups; in a hurry, negligent, wrong place/wrong time. I've been using the Traffic Ticket Guy for years, whether it was for a moving violation, speeding ticket, or even a minor fender bender. They have always come through for me, and for the price of their services, I think it well outweighs the cost of a ticket, court fees, and points on my license. I have a pristine driving record thanks to them, and even though I don't have money to burn, I'd rather pay the service fee and possible court fees than face more serious and irreversible consequences. I feel bad for not having left them a decent review on Yelp sooner, but after seeing so many negative reviews, I felt I should. At the end of the day, we all need to take responsibility for our actions. If you honestly expect not to have to pay a service fee or possible court fees or even the possible cost of the ticket, then you should probably do one of two things: stop driving and start taking an uber, or drive perfect (which no one does all the time). So you really only have one option. If you're okay with having points on your license and sitting through miserable traffic school (which you can only do five times in your life time), then by all means, complain away, but at least take responsibility for your actions. These lawyers went to school to do what they do. They've earned that service fee that you think is so outrageous (which is usually a VERY SMALL fraction of what the actual ticket amount is), they go to court for you, and they research and fight on your behalf, so don't act like an innocent victim that's being taken advantage of. What a god-awful rip-off! Had a simple speeding ticket (60 in 45 zone), paid them to take care of it. They did NOTHING other than being outrageously rude to me once my payment cleared. Ended up paying $280 "court costs" IN ADDITION to these crooks' fee. For this outcome I could have gone to court myself and would have saved myself money and the aggravation of dealing with these arrogant nincompoops. Avoid this scam - you'll be sorry if you trust them. P.S. Upon posting this review my credibility was attacked by the Traffic Ticket Guy lawyer who questioned the court costs' amount I had to pay. My brother told me about this place and it was a life-saver for me. I received a ticket for driving while suspended. I didn't know my DL was suspended. So the policeman that pulled me over wrote me up. I returned home, looked up the old tickets I thought I'd paid (a year ago) and tried to pay them. They had been sold to a collection company. The collection company would not let me pay. I was stuck. I visited this office, Traffic Ticket Guy, and paid the fees for the court, reinstatement of license and a small handling fee for the service the office was doing. I went from NOT being able to pay anything to the collection company, to having my license back and cleared by the next morning, 11am. The rep I worked with, Joy, explained everything to me. She was polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was a little shocked at how quickly they fixed everything. I thought I was a goner if I had to go to court. I'm doing 34 in a 35 on Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach, and suddenly 2 Motorcyle Cops (Broward) pull out quickly. Paying attention as not to hit them, I neglect to see a flashing "School Zone" sign! Yup!! Got caught in the speed trap and given a $416 Moving Violation Ticket from Ming the Merciless, which carried points! F*%#!!!!! I am not made of money, but the thought of traffic school or paying that huge fine plus the jacked up insurance premiums for years prompted me to call the night before my court appearance. I received a friendly return call from Veronica (stunning!) the next morning. She was the epitome of cool and professional! Instructed as to the VERY modest fee they charge and what to bring to their office (Note: I could have done the whole thing over the phone). I paid via my debit card and was told I didn't even have to appear...Never Fear...Traffic Ticket Guy was here!! He went to court in my behalf and check this out; no points, no traffic school and the fine was cut nearly in half and I was given an additional 3 months to pay the fine to the court!!!! Amateurs!!!!! Amateurs!!!! Warning don't use these guys!!!! This has to be the worst lawyer in Fl! Only hire this guy if you want to add more money to your ticket. The lack of communication is as bad as the results. I got pulled over on my motorcycle (big mistake) and I told the lawyer, I don't care about the fines as long as I don't have my license suspended. This guy told me not to worry about it and that it wouldn't be. Several months later (didn't hear from him after I payed him for months), some girl calls me saying not only was my license suspended for 6 months but I had to do 12hrs mandatory traffic school (neglected to mention that includes 4 points on my license) and that they would email me the way I could get a hardship license, so I could get to work. Oh btw, they knew my license was suspended on 11-18-2015 and didn't call to tell me until 12-09-15. So I had been driving my 6 month old baby to the babysitter all that time. When I asked her what happened to" don't worry about it", she said this has never happened before. She didn't't give me my money back like the website indicates but she offered to pay for my school. The school is $124 and I payed them $200...you do the math. They said a new law passed AFTER my ticket and AFTER they took my case saying if you go over 50mph it is an automatic 6 month suspension. A good lawyer would have fought that, considering that law was not effective until after. Like I said, don't go to these amateurs. I have a lot of buddies that have gone to other motorcycle lawyers that have done worse infractions and paid less with a lot better results! read more

I have never got a ticket in my life not even a warning and was going 44 in a 30 MPH thinking the speed limit was 40 MPH. I got a 205 dollar ticket and found the ticket guy office and thought I'd use them since it was my first ticket and I really couldn't afford to pay that much. I payed them 70 bucks and that was that. I never heard back from them and thought the case was resolved and I was relieved I didn't have to pay all that money. I eventually got a letter in the mail from the state of FL saying my license would be suspended within a week if I didn't pay 150 dollars, late fee, and a convenience fee. I should've just payed the ticket thanks for the no help Traffic Ticket Guy office. I did speak to Veronica after who was nice and informed me that she sent an email to me about the case but because they did not properly record my correct email address I never got it.
